You are welcome in our new fine apartment, perhaps base for many exiting trips. It‘s based in the middle of a small village. Lembach is located in the adventure region Mühlviertel. A large amount of freetime-offer are immediatly next to, as example a public advanture pool. Another exiting activities are cycling in the danube valley, cross the danube with a ferry (w. bike or car) in summertime, playing golf in Pfarrkirchen , sightseeing in Passau/(D) or in Linz and skiing in the bohemian forest.

Our apartment is located in the beautiful village of Niederkappel, up in the heights of the Mühlviertel right behind the Danube Valley between Passau and Linz. Important information for bikers traveling on the Danube cycle path: From the Danube banks (Obermühl) it's a 3km steep, exhausting climb up to Niederkappel. If you are fit enough for that, you are very welcome to stay at our place. The views down onto the Danube will compensate for the efforts.

Cozy 3-room apartment with huge private roof terrace and Danube views! The apartment consists of two bedrooms and a kitchen-living room. The bathroom includes a bathtub and an additional separate shower. Fresh towels, soap, lotion and hygiene products are of course available here. Both bedrooms are equipped with a 1.80 m bed and fresh cotton bedding. The kitchen includes everything necessary for cooking and for tea and coffee is also provided.

Apartment near city center. It looks bright and very friendly and is especially gladly booked because of the location, the tasteful, plentiful. Equipment, the pretty balcony, the almost immediate location at the Inn and the complete equipment (spices and other kitchen utensils, also shower gel, etc.) You can leave the car on the parking lot and reach the city center on the walk and bike path in 10 minutes. Shopping and bus stop approx. 100 m
