In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

The accommodation is fully equipped as well as a terrace with a view and accessible to the river and a wooded garden. We offer breakfast on request 5€/pers. Discover our region on foot, by bike thanks to the many paths that surround us, but also on horseback because we can also accommodate it! 4 boxes, an arena and almost direct access to the forest are major assets of our Site! This charming village house, perfect for 1-4 people, is composed of a comfortable bedroom, a bright living room with a sofa bed, an equipped kitchen and a shower room. Outside, a terrace with dining area and a small quiet and private garden. House completely renovated in 2024, equipped with fiber optic, air conditioning and electric shutters. Self check-in by secure key box, childcare equipment and concierge services available on request.

Gypsy caravan and Nordic bath

Restored gypsy caravan on our property. The trailer is equipped with a bed area and a kitchen area with sink and fridge as well as electricity. The trailer is not equipped with a bathroom but you will have a Nordic bath to relax in peace. Also: dry toilet, barbecue, bikes and a small outdoor terrace. Breakfast is included in the nightly rate but you can also have a packed lunch on order before your arrival

Charming roulotte nestled in a haven of peace, in the heart of the perch, on 2000 m2 of private land for the trailer. Calm, tranquility and disconnection guaranteed (with good Wifi anyway ;)) In the village, a farm (champs Romet) offers organic fruit/vegetables, meat and local groceries (Friday to Sunday). The charming villages of La Perrière and Bellême are 10 minutes away by car.
