Between the Geropark and the historic city wall, right on the Abteiberg, is the small but nice apartment. “The Place to be,” in the most beautiful part of the old town. The "Minto" shopping center is only a few meters away. There is a quick connection to the highways. The main train station is a 15-minute walk and the "colorful garden" is just 10 minutes away. Borussia Park is only 4 km away and with the buses you are quickly in the suburbs.

The rooms (38 m²) are located on the 2nd floor of the house. The apartment is not self-contained. It consists of a large living/sleeping room, kitchen, storage room and bathroom. Everything is available for self-catering. Washer and dryer can be shared for a small fee. For personal reasons, I only rent the apartment to female guests and couples. In exceptional cases, more than 2 people are possible for an extra charge. Bookings can only be made with a verified ID.

Es handelt sich um eine schick eingerichtete 3- Zimmer Wohnung mit Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad mit Badewanne. Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Die beiden Betten im Schlafzimmer sind je 90 cm breit. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es einen ausklappbaren Schlafsessel. Keine Vermietung für einzelne Nächte. Kinderbett und Hochstuhl kosten je € 3 extra. Anreise bis 22 h, denn nachts wird das Hoftor geschlossen. Keine Rollläden/Jalousien. NICHTRAUCHERAPPARTEMENT !

In the accommodation, which consists of 2 rooms as well as a bathroom separated into toilet and shower, which is located on the hallway, there is 1 sofa bed for 2 people as well as a mattress on the floor. I live on the two upper floors!
