We are renting a Garconniere in a private house in Salzburg/Gneis with a kitchenette and bathroom. It is situated in the basement of the house. The house has a nice garden, there is also a place for our guests. The bus nr. 5 is 5 minutes walk away and leads directly into town (12 min) or the train station (23 min). Parking on the street is for free.From here you visit the famous Salzkammergut lakes,St.Wolfgang and Hallstatt in daily tours.

Stylish/modern rooftop apartment in Salzburg in the middle of the historic old town. Our newly built in 2018 furnished apartment of approx. 28 m² has a living/bedroom with a small kitchen and dining area as well as a private bathroom with a shower. The double bed has a size of 180 × 200 cm. Surrounded by various restaurants and the most famous sights of Salzburg, it offers an ideal location to explore Salzburg.

From here you have a rarely beautiful unobstructed view of the Salzburg Old Town and is still a bit off the tourist routes that lead through the streets of the city, although you are only about 100 m from Kapitelplatz and about five minutes walk to the Grünmarkt, the Faculty of Law or the Café Tomaselli.

We live in Germany, in the Berchtesgadener Land tourist region, on the outskirts of the Berchtesgadener and Salzburg Alps in the municipality of Ainring. A car would be an advantage. Free on-site parking is available.
