Le Parc 79 – Historic Manoir, guesthouse & pool

Le Parc 79 consists of two houses set in 6 acres of private land. We can accommodate up to 18 people across both, which are normally rented as a unit, giving guests exclusive and flexible use of the many public and private areas - perfect for multi generational family use. Le Parc (main house) has 6 bedrooms (5 doubles + 1 twin + foldout bed). Le Pavillon (guesthouse) has 2 bedrooms (1 double +1 triple). Guests have the use of our 12 x 5m unheated saltwater pool, terraces and the parkland.

Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

Maison Rochoux – Puy du Fou

Maison Rochoux is set on the banks of the Argenton river and offers complete peace and tranquility the moment you turn down the private tree lined driveway. Just follow the river for 300 meters and arrive at the 15thC Gite, set in 12 acres of gardens and orchards, with amazing river views. The Laundry Room @ The Carpentry Shop

New to the market for 2024, an historic, refurbished self-catering gîte for two in rural France, with the original laundry features intact. It offers a double bedroom, en-suite walk-in shower room, open plan living with log fire and a private patio. It's a wonderful situation at the head of the beautiful Gatine valley. Ideal any season for walking, cycling or simply taking time out. If you need anything, just ask, we’re always nearby to help.

Disconnect at our charming quiet cottage. Puy du Fou (45 min), Futuroscope (1 hour) Pescalis (20 min), Marais Poitevin (1 hour) and La Rochelle (1hr30), Parthenay for FLIP festival (20 mins) golfing in nearby Bressuire (15min) along with many other sights within the golden triangle of the region, an ideal base to come and relax after a days adventures. Please note that the price is for the unit, it is NOT per person.

Charming friendly house close to Puy du Fou

House full of charm and conviviality close to Puy-du Fou and Hellfest. This is my primary residence, fully renovated as a family last year before my transfer! It has 3 bedrooms, a courtyard often closed unmowed, to leave the flowers. Sheets, towels, shower gel and shampoo are provided. There is a senseo coffee maker. No shutters, occupant curtains. Close to the basilica, for awakenings in grandeur (at Mass time).

Cozy loft in the city

In a green setting we offer a quiet, warm, self-contained loft, a short walk from the city center, close to shops and 20'walk to the SNCF train station. We have kept the authenticity of the place and provide a complete service (linens, cleaning, hot drinks, private parking for your bikes or motorcycles only, firewood...). On 40M² we host independently from 1 to 4 people (a queen bed, a 130 sofa bed).

Gîte "Le Petit Logis" 2-4 people

Welcome to Petit Logis! Enjoy this comfortable and intimate setting in the center of La Châtaigneraie and 30 minutes from Le Puy du Fou. The entrance is private and the garden is independent. Our accommodation is 1.5 hours from Futuroscope, 1 hour 15 minutes from La Rochelle and the beaches, and 20 minutes from Marais Poitevin. An ideal place to stop and travel the region!
