Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Mondello Beach

My boyfriend and I had a super vacation at this home! Cozy place and the small terrace were lovely and with beautiful views of the mountain and sea. There was a bit of loud music by the pool during the day which was a bit disturbing, but the beach is close and was lovely as a change. Ernesto is super sweet and helpful and picked us up and took us to and from the airport. In addition, he made recommendations for great experiences in Palermo city center - it's easy to get in there by bus from Mondello and we especially enjoyed it at night when the weather was “cool enough” to experience things; -) We were overall very satisfied! Highly recommended 🤗

Beautiful apartment. Always not hot in the apartment. We liked this place. At night the dogs are barking in the neighbourhood. But in total it’s perfect. Thank you Simona.

Marina has set the bar unattainably high for any other AirBnb host! Not only was the house absolutely beautiful, it was clean, organized, perfectly located, and had every amenity you could think of (plus more that you didn't remember!). On top of that, Marina is a gem of a person. I've never been to the same AirBnb twice because we like going to new places, but I really hope to make coming back here an annual tradition! We throughly enjoyed our stay. It’s the perfect getaway from the busy city life’s we lead. The villa is beautiful and there is the added bonus that Massimo (the owner) has a pizza restaurant in the town which we went to twice and were well looked after. Would certainly recommend staying

Roberto is a great host, he is very caring and supported us super with all questions. We always felt very comfortable. The house is in a fantastic location, with great views of the sea on every level. The highlight is the private access to the sea. The pool offers everything you need for a great vacation. Parking spaces are available on the property. We had a VW bus, a motorcycle and a small rental car with us. (and mountain bikes) The proximity to the airport was very convenient for us because we were there with the whole family and our children arrived at different times. A private car is necessary to be mobile. For us it was perfect because we needed about 50 minutes to the climbing paradise San Vito del Capo and could also go to Palermo. The distance to the most beautiful places in West Sicily can be reached in <1 hour. The residential area is very quiet and well maintained and we always felt safe. Thanks to Roberto

very well located apartment, 5 min on foot from the train station. close to all the things to see on foot,restaurants and bars . to do your shopping,there is a Lidl 5 min away,if not troubleshooting shops at the bottom of the building. the apartment is on the first floor and overlooks a very commercial and lively street and finally Eleonora is very welcoming and accommodating in terms of arrival times ( 9:30 p.m. passed for me)

Giuseppe is a great host. He was very proactive in his communication & his instructions were excellent. This is a historic apartment with 2 bedrooms in one space with a living area and shower room. Double doors lead into an enchanting garden with outdoor seating and a hammock. This was an ideal place to eat & relax out of the midday sun. There is a separate kitchen & 2nd shower room which also open into the garden. It’s a 20min train journey from the airport & about 40min train journey to centre of Palermo. Trains very frequent & cheap. Great option if you want close to the sea & seafood restaurant but also want a day trip to Palermo. Lots of local shops nearby - butcher, fish shop, grocery, pharmacy & walking distance to marina & seafood restaurants. Great place to unwind & start our holiday.

Stayed for a few days. Firstly confusing to locate the driveway, it comes up quickly from the highway. Giuseppe arranged to meet us and let us in. Place was spotless clean and bright. The minute you saw the balcony with the view it relaxed you. Located not far from Palermo on a main road. Restaurants are all along the road in either direction. Supermarket is a down the street also. Kitchen has all the needed appliances Balcony has Lounge chairs, seating area and a barbecue. Would book this again if ever in the area for an extended time, so you are able to enjoy all the amenities. AAA+

Dario was the best host ever. He was always willing to help and was flexible. The place is GORGEOUS! You basically have your own private villa. Close to Mondello beach where the sights are incredible and night life is crazy. It was a cozy spot, but had a classic Italian touch to it. I would highly highly recommend staying here. It was worth every penny.

Cute and functional accommodation in the family property. The garden with lemon, orange, almond and olive trees is very well maintained, allowing you to recharge your batteries. The pool area is amazing. Mariano is very responsive, accommodating and flexible on schedules. The pool suffered some damage the week before we arrived and Mariano informed us and made sure that the repairs were done quickly so that we could enjoy it. Thank you again!

Beautiful, comfortable modern accomodation

We had a lovely stay at Dorothée and Vito's. It has all the amenities you would need and very comfortable. Our hosts were very kind and friendly; made us feel at home. We loved the dogs, Kika and Gasto and Puma the cat! Would definitely recommend.

This property is beautiful- incredible pool, very spacious for our large group with en suites and extra bathrooms, and great indoor and outdoor living areas. We had Francesca come and cook for us the night we arrived which was a game changer after a long travel day- incredible food and so relaxing and easy! Antonio is also extremely responsive to all our questions and so kind and friendly. There are some beaches near by that are really nice (10 min away max) and it’s 45 min to either Palermo or Cefalù so relatively easy to get to either.

Very nice , secluded space ! Lots of greenery ! Nice terraces , kitchen, pool! It was a good time there. Ricardo is a good host , always in touch ! Many thanks!

Francesco was a super nice host and very helpful. highly recommend the house if you prefer beeing a little bit further away from the city but still close to a small town with options for restaurants, cafes, bakery and grocery store.

Great place on a really cute square.

The place was beautiful and more spacious than we had anticipated. The view from the sun deck is mesmerising. It’s a walkable distance from Mondello beach. Clotilde, the owner, was proactive with our check in and check out and provided helpful information on local amenities. Overall, I would recommend!

Was the best choice we ever did choosing this place and Enrico. Really worth it for the price and in the heart of the local part of the Town, not by the port but where actually all the best restaurants are located. The house was clean and we really felt like home. The bedroom is giant and the kitchen has all you need to cook and to have an amazing lunch/dinner at the terrace, which is one of the best parts of the house. The area is super peaceful and local. Enrico, to be honest is the best host We Ever Had. He took care of literally every detail. Giving us tips for everyday, tips for even the rest of the trip after leaving his town, best restaurants choices, he adapted to our schedule and he was always answering any question we would have within 2-3 minutes. The best host ever. Thank you for making us feel like home, Enrico. 🫶🏽

We had such a wonderful time at Francesco’s place in Mondello! The apartment had everything we needed, great kitchen and AC, as well as a comfortable bed. Francesco is such a beautiful good communicator and so nice, drove us from and to the airport. Overall great host and apartment! Thank you so much

We had a lovely stay at this place. The premises were very clean and spacious. Having a full bathroom per room is a considerable asset for a large family. Our hosts were proactive and responsive. They were very kind, gave us a lot of advice and recommendations. Everything went smoothly and easily. Upon arrival, basic food was waiting for us in the fridge and in the cupboards, which we greatly appreciated after a long trip. The accommodation is easily accessible and free and shaded parking just in front was always available, which is a significant advantage in the area, often crowded due to the nearby beach. The only drawback is the fact that the accommodation is next to a rather noisy boulevard. It is difficult to relax on the terrace because the noise of cars, trucks and motorcycles is incessant from morning to night.

The nicest Airbnb my family has stayed in. Spacious, clean, great location & the main balcony, wow! You can even open the shower window for a mountain view. :-) You won’t find friendlier more communicative hosts than Federico, Lucia & Viviana.

I have just enjoyed a whole month at Giuseppina’s house . It was truly wonderful, the house is finished to a very high standard with two beautiful balconies , with glorious views of the mountains. I was there with family and friends and everyone had an amazing time. Giuseppina and Veronica were so kind , generous and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. It’s a really great place to stay and the local amenities were excellent, i.e restaurants, supermarkets, wine bars and so many other interesting places , and Mondello beach only a 10 minute walk away . I found it extremely difficult to leave and really look forward to my next visit. Giuseppina’s house is a jewel and in her and veronica you have two amazing hosts . I had a really lovely stay here the past week and cannot recommend this airbnb and area enough. The place was really clean and the owners were very quick to respond to any questions I had. Thank you I will be back soon!
