Beachfront holiday rental in Mondragone

As soon as we stepped into the house we felt at home. A place with a family history, Margherita’s house was memorable. Sitting outside and watching the sunset was unique…The location is calm and with a little walk you easily get to every place. We already think of coming back to Procida and stay longer at Margherita’s house. Marco really did a beautiful work to keep it comfy and familiar. Thank you Marco!

Apartment overlooking a terrace and stunning views. Excellent communication with Steffi, then Christian who manages the arrival and stay with efficiency and frank sympathy. he was also able to recommend restaurant addresses, boat tours and small shops. Excellent service. I recommend it. ❤️

A lovely vacation. Welcomed by Stella in her beautiful home, we immediately felt at home, as if we had known each other forever. Tony's welcome basket is a delightful treat, filled with authentic flavors. Thanks for the advice, Stella's guide to the village of Sperlonga enriched us and made us proud to present ourselves not as guests but as important friends. The beautiful and spacious house is surrounded by greenery and enjoys the wonderful view of the lake and the sea, an authentic oasis of rest. The location is highly recommended for a cultural holiday to discover the Ulysses Coast and for the beautiful sea and wonderful beaches of Sperlonga. A special note goes to the very comfortable bed and sofas, our body rejoiced! Thanks again to the super host Stella, highly recommended stay. P.S.: Tony's farm's tomatoes, cucumbers, and renowned celery were a resounding success. Goodbye, Antonello & Gino.

This was our favorite property in during our 3 week tour in Italy. Gianluigi is extremely helpful and friendly. Waited patiently for us to meet us at the property. The property was spacious and clean, and we were provided with fresh fruit, vegetables, food for dinner (homemade tomato sauce!), and eggs and bread for breakfast (plus other items). We were blown away by it all. The location is quiet and beautiful. Highly recommended!!!

Our stay at Marco's place was lovely, the view from the balcony/patio was stunning! The accomodation was spotlessly clean, and we had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the wifi worked great. Marco was very responsive to any questions we had, and sent us clear information before getting there on arrival/check in, as well as suggestions for restaurants/beaches/transport around the local area. The only thing to be aware of is that there are a number of stairs from street level to the house, so if stairs are not your friend, you might want to look elsewhere. Also, although parking is at the house, which worked fine, the driveway is more of an uphill squeeze, so if you are hiring a car, go on the smaller size to make getting up and down easier. That being said, there is a bus stop litterally outside the front of the house and the buses are cheap and regular, so you won't need to use your car everyday. - We did trips to Naples and Capri via the bus! This is the most beautiful place we have stayed in Italy. The view is breathtaking and the host was lovely. The stars at night were our favourite part. We stayed up till late to see the stars and woke up early to watch the sunrise. It is absolutely stunning! Highly recommend staying here!

Pacos place was wonderful. the pools and sauna were a nice way to relax at the end of the day. the view was spectacular and the sunsets were amazing!

Fantastic location. There were 3 generations staying and something for us all. Swimming pool was great. Lovely balcony overlooking the sea. We really enjoyed this place and would thoroughly recommend it

The apartment is as described, very clean, well decorated and very close to the pier. The only downside but of size, the large ferries seem to have changed points of ammarage, just under the windows of the apartment, and remained engines rotating from 10PM to 8am, the two nights where we stayed, no luck. It was in fact, very noisy at night. For the rest, nothing to say, everything was perfect.

We loved our stay at the loft! The private garden was a highlight. Rubina / Veronica were great hosts, always responding to messages and providing local recommendations. Would definitely stay again!

The property is absolutely beautiful! Flowers, and fruit trees everywhere. Several areas to relax or have dinner outside including the two patios on your rental. The family was lovely and brought us fresh linens a few days in. We will definitely be coming back to visit this beautiful island and apartment. Thank you so much for the lovely stay!

This was the best place we have ever stayed. The pictures of the house are accurate but they cannot communicate how beautiful the house and area are. The outside area is very well thought out and the hammock is a joy! The beach is stunning and clean with beautiful clear water and easy swimming. The location of the property means that you feel have you plenty of space and privacy. Alessandro is very helpful and responsive and kindly arranged to pick us up from the station. If you want privacy, peace, relaxation and the beach this is perfect. We only wished we could have stayed longer. A couple of tips - the walk along the beach to the town is about a kilometre and there is a supermarket on Via Cristoforo Colombo that has more than enough choice. If you want a quick coffee in the morning take a right when you come down the stairs to the beach and Salette beach club is a couple of minutes away. The old town is lovely but steep to get there. Loved it.

I will be back! Our time at Lucia’s place was nothing short of amazing! She is such a helpful and accommodating host. Her place was so lovely and clean! Will be booking again next year!

We couldn't ask for more! The accommodation was simply fantastic: a portion of a beachfront villa, cared for with simplicity, very clean and super-equipped. Absolute merit note to the dehors: a priceless space immersed in the Mediterranean scrub, with a breathtaking view of the sea. Giorgia was very helpful and very flexible, making everything even more enjoyable. A real surprise... and a certainty for the future: we will definitely be back!

I had not sailed for many years so our break with Nello was an amazing way to get back into sailing. we had 4 days of amazing sailing including Amalfi, Capri, Positano and Sorrento. I would definitely recommend this type of break. Beautiful views of the sea and private beach. The residents were very kind. Reaching the rooms can be confusing, but there are 2 exits, one with and one without an elevator. Watch your head if you're tall! If you're looking for multiple private rooms, the 2 bedrooms overlook the living room, but the tub was beautiful in the main bedroom. We had a great time!

Such a spectacular place. We only stayed for a few days but this apartment made our trip to Naples so special - the location is incredible, especially if you love swimming in the sea, the view from the balcony is unbeatable, the private beach is insane. There is a cute piazza a few steps away from the apartment with amazing spots for breakfast, lunch and drinks but it’s also easy enough to take a cab or a bike to town. The apartment itself is so comfortable, with air-conditioning and tiles that help keep it cool. Fabio has been the most helpful and easy-going! It sounds like I’m exaggerating but the superlatives are only accurate, I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

W e absolutely loved our stay here! The home was in a perfect location. just steps from the port and close to everything we needed. The space itself was clean, charming, and comfortable, with very strong air conditioning in the bedrooms, which we really appreciated after hot days exploring the island. Our host was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The only small hiccup was that we had trouble getting the key to work when we arrived, and even our host had some difficulty with it, so hopefully that gets sorted for future guests. All in all, a wonderful spot and we’d happily stay here again.

It’s hard to find somewhere more ideal to stay for a seaside holiday on an island . Michele ( and Rosa’s) place if in the perfect location, a stones throw from the beach, bars and restaurants and the water taxis to drop you off at unique locations for exploring and eating . The apartment has everything you need inviting a sweet balcony looking straight out to the sea, to sit for a morning coffee or aperitif in the evening before heating out for dinner. Sant’Angelo is a beautiful place to visit on the island . Best of all, Rosabell is a highly responsive host with a wonderful personal touch. I’ve been travelling a lot in the past month and have been missing contact with locals due to digital check-ins. Rosa gave us brilliant insights and tips and generally made our trip a Ischia a pleasure.
