Just 14 minutes away, let yourself be enchanted by Clisson, nicknamed the Tuscany of the West, and its Italian architecture. Music lovers will have a front-row seat for the legendary Hellfest. There is a train station nearby to reach the center of Nantes in 20 minutes. Head west for a beautiful beach and rocky coastline less than an hour away, or the legendary Puy du Fou, which is only 45 minutes away.

Ideally located at Porte Palzaize, in the historic center of Clisson, just a short walk from shops and close to a bakery, a wine cellar, a newsagent, and a restaurant. The SNCF train station is a 10-minute walk away. Proximity to walking trails and sightseeing activities (canoes, paddleboarding). 20 mins from Nantes by train, 30 mins from Puy du Fou, 50 mins from beaches. Guests can check in and check out completely independently using a key box. No smoking in the house; pets are not allowed.

We are in the heart of the Nantes vineyard (3 winemakers will be happy to introduce you to their passion). We are minutes from Clisson, 20 minutes from Nantes and about 1 hour from the Atlantic coast. Le Puy du Fou is about 45 minutes away. Near our accommodation is a small pond with games for children. Fishing possible.

The accommodation is 10km from the Hellfest site and only 6km from the parking lot. It is placed on one of the paths to Compostela. Independent T2 located in the basement of our house, consisting of: - 1 bedroom with double bed - 1 main room with kitchen, sofa bed, TV and dining table - 1 bathroom with shower and toilet Independent entrance with parking. Terrace at your disposal. Linens provided (sheets and towels). First rental hence the lack of reviews.
