Vibe’s place was great! Super accommodating when we had a last minute change of plans. Beautiful neighborhood that is quiet. Very proactive about issues as well! Nice place that is very simple but gets the job done.

This home is very beautiful and spacious for all of our needs. It was very fitting for 5 people and a dog. Beatriz had left a mat, bowls, a towel and bags for the dog which was amazing. Happy to see that she had went out of her way to accommodate all of us including the dog. I will definitely be coming back again. Would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is very good as it has a really good view, quiet, and close to lots of state parks. The room is cozy and spacious. Kitchen has all the utensils. Angela is really helpful before and during our stay. Definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful time here. It's perfectly located in Park Ave neighborhood with a quick walk to CVS, shops and restaurants we were interested in visiting. Off street parking was a huge plus. Would stay here again. Thanks!

The location can't be beat! It was just right for our trip needs, easy to get around and close enough to walk to things. It is an old house and has its creaky floorboards and no AC upstairs (if you're from out of town you might not be used to the humidity) but has been updated nicely! Check in was easy and Vincent was helpful with parking instructions, be mindful of the street parking restrictions in Rochester!

We had a wonderful three-night stay at this beautiful lake house in Sea breeze. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view of Lake Ontario — especially from the spacious wraparound deck, where we spent mornings with coffee and evenings enjoying the sunset. The deck was perfect for both relaxing and entertaining, with panoramic views that made every moment feel special. Inside, the large, open kitchen with windows facing the lake made cooking and dining a pleasure. The home was spotless and well-maintained, with two very comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom featuring a large, luxurious shower. The living room was cozy and bright, with a large tv. Our host Kristin was warm, welcoming, and attentive, making check-in and communication seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway and would absolutely stay here again!

I had a wonderful experience at this Airbnb. It’s tucked into what felt like a quiet cul-de-sac in the Rochester area—super peaceful and perfect for relaxing or recharging. The space was clean, well set up, and surprisingly roomy. It had everything I needed, and more. Being pet-friendly was a huge plus; it made travel so much easier knowing my dog was welcome too. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a low-stress, quiet, and cozy place to stay. Would absolutely come back!

Our entire family of 11, with grandkids ages ranging from 3-11 just spent 4 amazing days at Jose’s place. Not one person stated that they were bored! House, location, beds and bedrooms, furniture and furnishings, toys and games, hot tub, 2 full kitchens, large lawn and pond for fishing, fire pit were all amazing! One of the overall, nicest Airbnb places we have stayed. We loved the beautiful sunroom! We would definitely return! Joes’s communication was quick and helpful. It was an easy 20 minute drive to Rochester where we attended a Red Wings baseball game and spent a day at the wonderful children’s museum of play. A nice playground was a 5 minutes drive and grocery shopping was a 10 minute drive. My only suggestion was to have a Keurig available, Joe was already on that! Thank you Joe for your part in making lasting fun memories for our family!

We had a wonderful stay at Galina's place. Everything was as expected, and Galina was very responsive to communication. Recommended!

One of the cutest airbnbs I’ve stayed in. We loved sitting on the patio to read during our stay. Spiral staircase is definitely narrow as others have said, but it is a beautiful place nonetheless. Everything is a quick 5-10 minute drive, but to walk to things was often much longer. My friend was happy to see so many gluten free restaurants in the area, so if you’re looking for that, you are in luck! All in all great stay in a good location.

Suzanne was an absolute joy. She greeted me upon arrival, oriented me to her living space, and we had such an engaging conversation. When I’m in town I’ll certainly be looking to use her space again. Thanks for it all ma’am.

In town for a problematic pregnancy/delivery. Dwight could not have been nicer, offering flexibility and changing days when needed. We so appreciated this property as a peaceful and welcome refuge from the hospital. Anything we needed was available in the apartment. Will look forward to returning.

My two young children and I had a wonderful time staying in Alyssa's apartment on our first visit to Rochester. It was clean, comfortable (inc. good shower and comfortable beds!), very spacious, and the little touches made it feel welcoming and homely. We were there to visit The Strong Museum of Play and Susan B. Anthony's house and Susan and Frederick Douglass' gravesites, all of which were a short drive from the house. There is a great food co-op just down the street and plenty of cafes and restraurants to choose from. Communication was easy and helpful. Traveling solo with two kids isn't always easy, but having a comfortable, pleasant home base made all the difference. We can't wait to come back!

We loved this Airbnb. it was even nicer than the photos. it was very pleasant to be in. there are three sitting areas inside and the backyard garden was lovely too. it was nice and unusual to have real furniture, rather than the cheap furniture in many Airbnbs. when we asked about instructions for closing the unit before leaving, we were told to leave it as we would if we were in a hotel. We so appreciated that, since we hate paying cleaning fees and also have to clean. the neighborhood is lovely and it is a nice walk to coffee shops and restaurants. we could not have been more pleased. we highly recommend!

This was our fourth time at the Red Mill and each trip makes us eager for the next one. There is a spark of magic in the garden, the art, the perfectly curated collection of books... you just can't go wrong. The falls are beautiful, rain or shine, but they are nothing compared to the best host we've ever met. Joan is a treasure. I call her an ambassador for the region. You can see in her guestbook that we are not alone in making multiple return trips to see her and the full experience she has created. All five senses come alive at the Mill. If you need a peaceful getaway, just do it.

A clean and comfortable apartment. They even had a few food items. A beautifully renovated apartment within a period house.
