Other features are wi-fi, air conditioning system and a small private balcony.

Sarò lieto di ospitarvi in questo luminoso e moderno appartamento nel rione di Roiano, una "piccola cittadina” all'interno della splendida città di Trieste". L'immobile si trova a 10 min dal centro . Ottimi i servizi pubblici con una frequente linea 5 e linea 8 che vi collegheranno al centro città in pochi minuti. Ho cercato di ristrutturare l'appartamento dotandolo di tutti i confort necessari per una splendida permanenza. Non vedo l'ora di incontrarvi

La nostra casa è avvolta dalla natura del carso che le concede una gran tranquillità, la sua caratteristica di essere in legno la rende unica e originale, i suoi colori caldi creano un senso di confort e relax. La casa è suddivisa in tre dimore. L’appartamento ha una metratura di circa 45 mq ed è situato al primo piano della casa.
