The house is located away from the village in the middle of forest and meadows with absolute tranquility and a beautiful view. 2-minute drive to the shopping center, 15-minute walk through the forest to the beautiful old town of Monschau. Grill and sunbathing area on the lawn is available. Horses and dogs can be brought along. Forest gorges, deep valleys, daffodil meadows, the Eifel National Park and the magnificent Hohes Venn high moor, as well as the famous Rursee area are all located nearby; a paradise for hikers.

Eifelloft21 Monschau & Lake Eifel

The Eifelloft21 is located above the charming little village of Hammer. It is renovated, but the charm of the wooden house has been preserved. The semi-detached house offers space for two people on approx. 50 square meters. Thanks to the open living concept, you have a fabulous view of nature from everywhere. Only the toilet is separated by a door. From the living room with open kitchen you enter the balcony. Close to Rursee, Hohe Venn and Monschau. Price includes 5% Eifel overnight stay package.

Let yourself be enchanted by Monschau. You will sleep and live in a cloth maker's house in the heart of Monschau that is over three hundred years old. The Rur flows right behind our house. New(2019), cozy 54sqm apartment (“MonCIAO”) in the beautiful Eifel with fantastic panorama. 5 minutes from the historic old town of Monschau. For my guests, there is 1 double bed and a sofa bed in the living room, so that max 4 guests have room. Breakfast can be enjoyed from the semi-covered terrace with a magnificent view of our garden and fields/meadows/forest.

Our cozy, lovingly decorated vacation apartment is part of our main house, which was completed in 2023. It has its own private entrance, a spacious patio with garden area, and a dedicated parking space. Upon request, bikes and similar items can be stored safely in a lockable garage right next to the parking spot.
