C'est mon appartement ( j'y vis à l'année ) bien isolé, frais l'été, au sein d'une villa classée, copropriété calme de six appartements. 2ème ét. sans ascenseur. Lit 140x190 cm. Couette. Linge en coton ou lin. Accès cuisine possible si au moins 3 nuits.

Upstairs room dedicated exclusively to our guests with toilet and private shower room. Breakfast is included and served on the veranda. Close to the tourist sites of Fougères (20 min), Mont St Michel (30 min), the Château du Rocher Portail is only 2 km away. Beaches 40 minutes away (Jullouville) and an hour from St Malo. between Brittany and Normandy.

Vous y trouverez un lit central de 140x190, literie complète changée en juin 2026, un grand bureau à droite avec un grand velux qui donne sur les arbres et le jardin. Un coin salon avec fauteuil et une bouilloire pour déguster thé ou café. Sans oublier un dressing, une entrée, bibliothèque et une grande salle de bain privative. Vous trouverez des serviettes de toilette à disposition dans la salle de bain.
