It is well insulated, cool in the summer, and located in a classified villa, a quiet condominium with six apartments. 2nd floor, no elevator. Bed 140x190 cm. Duvet. Linen in cotton or linen. Beaches 40 minutes away (Jullouville) and an hour from St Malo. between Brittany and Normandy.
