The price includes the night as well as breakfast which will be served to you in the form of a basket between 8:30am and 10:00am. Composed of a bedroom and a bathroom, you can also enjoy a small outdoor area furnished with garden furniture and a fire pit. You will be located 5 km from Mont-Saint-Michel and 30 minutes from Saint-Malo.

Chambre chez moi : je serai présente. Lit fait, serviette fournie. Accueil de 18h à 21h. Allées et venues ensuite, sans limites horaires. Aperçu mer latéral, TV, wifi, ventilateur, sèche-cheveux, tisanerie, placard, (lit bébé possible ) . C'est mon appartement ( j'y vis à l'année ) bien isolé, frais l'été, au sein d'une villa classée, copropriété calme de six appartements. 2ème ét. sans ascenseur. Lit 140x190 cm. Couette. Linge en coton ou lin. Accès cuisine possible si au moins 3 nuits.

Upstairs room dedicated exclusively to our guests with toilet and private shower room. Breakfast is included and served on the veranda. Close to the tourist sites of Fougères (20 min), Mont St Michel (30 min), the Château du Rocher Portail is only 2 km away. Beaches 40 minutes away (Jullouville) and an hour from St Malo. between Brittany and Normandy.

The room is located on the floor reserved exclusively for guests. I live on the ground floor.
