Two rooms overlooking the sea

The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

Bright apartment of 100sqm recently renovated, located on the third floor without elevator of an ancient building, located in the heart of the Spanish Quarters, a short walk to the historic center. The house consists of: 3 double bedrooms with private bathroom, common kitchen/living area, laundry room with washing machine available to guests, equipped terrace of 130sqm with masonry kitchen and direct access from the house and views of the rooftops of Naples, Vesuvius and Certosa di San Martino.

This is a large suite with two terraces, an incredible bathroom with a large jacuzzi, an outdoor shower and dining area all inspired by my time in England and the former tropical colonies. The location is central and the view from the terrace is fantastic. Everything is brand new from the AC to the TV and the bed. Some furniture is antique from the 1800s. This suite is part of a small three-suite venue with the kitchen shared when you enter. We don’t have an elevator, you will need to walk up.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Located in the town of Quarto in Campania, very close to the metropolitan city of Naples and the beautiful Greco-Roman village of Pozzuoli from which you can quickly reach the Campania islands of Procida and Ischia. The place is a short walk from the Circumflegrea that connects Quarto to Naples and Pozzuoli, but the environment is quiet. Independent entrance with equipped garden, free guarded parking.
