Pretty half-timbered percheron house, renovated from top to bottom in 2010 with all the comforts, but keeping all its soul. A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. Nestled in the heart of the Ronsard Valley, this peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Located in a green setting, this space invites you to relax and unwind. In the village of Couture-sur-Loir you will find a bakery/grocery store/tobacconist. A greenway reserved for walkers and bicycles is accessible not far from the house. Close to the Chartre-sur-le-Loir, a village of flea markets, and the Bercé forest, as well as the Marçon lake.

Come and experience the beauty, simplicity and calm of the Percheron countryside in a carefully decorated house. In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

This accommodation has a lot of history since the construction dates back to the 13th century. After some work to bring it up to date, you will have the opportunity to stay in a cozy and charming cocoon. You will find on the ground floor a small equipped kitchen, a living area with fireplace (non-functional), on the first floor a bedroom with sofa bed and open bathroom and on the second floor a second bedroom with a double bed and a desk.

Enjoy an exceptional location to visit the historic heart of France, in Touraine on the site of the Pays De Racan and close to the Loir Valley, 45 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit, 5 minutes by car from the Clarté Dieu 5 minutes and the Domaine de la Fougeraie. The house has a Canadian well, it is a geothermal system that cools the air of the house. However, you must keep the shutters closed when the sun hits the bay windows.

Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a rejuvenating experience. From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.

Directly on the banks of the Loir, a wellness area with a 4-seater Finnish sauna, a 2-seater whirlpool bath with hydromassage and air bubbles, 4 bedrooms, one of which has a private shower.
