Apartment holiday rentals in Rodriguez (Montalban)

My girlfriend and I have tried multiple bnbs and this one really stood out in terms of price and space. Kitchen are complete for cooking, albeit small, it served its function well. Beddings are fresh and we were provided with multiple pillows, clean sheets and linens. Gin also allowed our request for early check-in without any additional charges. We will definitely be back if our schedule matches the availability :) Thanks Gin for your home!

I checked on other reviews here and this place got all 5 star, that is why I chose this. I was not disappointed. This was, by far, the best Airbnb I had in Manila. The place was clean and you got all you need in there. I would say, it was like I was in a hotel. The take away for me really was the washing machine.

So I had pretty much established a pattern of staying at Savoy when I come to MNL, I always got the extra large suite that had a great view. Well, that pattern is officially broken. This place is everything that that suite was and more! It's bigger, it's nicer, and it has a great view. I mean, honestly, this is a luxury apartment, and unlike some, I don't use the word 'luxury' lightly. The bathroom is huge and everything in the apartment is super nice and comfortable. There's several places to eat easily in walking distance and if you're into night life, there's some bars nearby. It's not far from the airport, but once you're in the apartment, it feels like you're a million miles away; the neighborhood is good and generally peaceful, but it is a lively area, so expect a little bit of noise sometimes. Still, once you're in the apartment, it feels like you're far away from much of the hustle and bustle of MNL. I will absolutely be back, because this is my new MNL/Makati spot for sure!

This is my second time staying at Veronica's place and I can definitely recommend them whenever youre staying in or around Eastwood. The unit is spotless, easily accessible, convenient since everything you'll need is within walking distance, staff are friendly and the host is very thoughtful, respectful and attentive. They always make sure to respond on time whenever you have any questions or concerns and they go out of their way to make sure you have everything you'll need to have a enjoyable time at their unit. The place was very clean and cozy has everything you need to stay there like you are like home...The area is peaceful and quiet and Marianne as a host was great any problems or questions we had she solved them and answered rite away...i would definitely recommend to anyone to stay there 100%...Thank you Marianne for everything and hope to see you in the future...

A lovely unit, it's just like the photos! It is located within walking distance to Bonifacio High Street. Venica is a great host, very friendly and very quick at responding to any questions you may have!

An amazing place to stay in Manila! This was my very first time going into this beautiful country and I would recommend this Airbnb if you would like to feel safe and have a luxury place at the heart of Manila. The most amazing thing about this place was the view! From sunrise to sunset. Waking up with that view I felt right at home Also the instructions were clear and easy to understand and staff were nice at all times

Arleen&Anne are excellent hosts. They make you feel welcomed and take the time to meet you and explain everything in person. Their attention to detail is commendable. Their place is very clean and comfortable, and has everything you need and more. We also love that it smells so good. It is also convenient with the Venice mall within 2 minutes of walking and the Uptown Mall, Mitsukoshi Mall, Landers, etc. just a short Grab ride away. We recommend their place and would come back when we are in the area again.

We enjoyed our stay, the place is worth the price. It is relaxing and complete with all the things needed for our stay. Aside from that the host set clear instructions before and during the stay and responsive on our quiries.

I had an excellent experience during my stay. The accommodation was spotless and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants and cafés around and also BGC HighStreet. Additionally, Christopher was very friendly and always available to answer any questions or help with anything I needed. Very quick and responsive hosts always quick to help in an emergency, immediately replace broken computer chair, always very warm and helping fix situations, has very helpful cleaning service during my entire stay of over a month. Easy to contact and solve any problems. Thank you! Condominium Lobby personnel receptionist door men security extremely courteous and greeting you, assisting you when you check in and out plus helps you et to the elevator floor you need to got to. Loading and unloading to the lobby is very convenient and accessible. Great view of the city during New Year's eve fireworks. Very quiet highest floor, Immediate literally next door to the Venice Canal Mall full of restaurants and coffee shops, across the street to several ATM machines. Overall a great location and place to stay for my entire Christmas holiday and till Feb. 2025

My family stayed in the unit most of the time while I did meetings outside. Overall, there were no complaints from them and the kids loved the place especially the bathtub. We had to extend an additional night and Christia was super helpful to arrange another unit for us. If there’s anything to recommend is to upgrade cleaning tools as some are already worn out. Nonetheless, it was a place worth every penny for us or even more. We would be considering to go back to this place when we go to Manila. Kudos!

A good place to stay when you’re in the metro. Felt like home and the place has a lot of food options nearby. The hosts are proactive and give clear instructions for checkin and checkout. I would love to stay again in this place in the near future.
