Hazel was an exceptional host! She provided clear instructions for seamless check-in and check-out. The house felt cozy and welcoming, and our kids had a blast in the pool. The air conditioning throughout the house ensured a comfortable stay. While there were a few minor areas for improvement, such as adding sponges for dishes and extra pots for reheating food, these were negligible compared to the overall excellent experience we had. We're grateful for Hazel's hospitality and would highly recommend this stay! Thank you so much!

Patrick was a very accomodating host and the property was able to accomodate our team building participants. Kitchen and bathroom supplies are complete and the pool was clean and refreshing. The property was accessible and there's plenty of convenience stores nearby. Definitely a quick getaway in the middle of the metro!

I really love how Miss Pam and Co-host prepared the place for us. I had no problem with my stay. However, the check-in time is a bit later than usual and it was hard for us since we are not familiar with the place and i had a senior citizen with me. Nonetheless, i had a great time staying in their place, very accessible to convenience stores, tourists spot, foods chains and mall

My family and I had a great time at Balai Pandi. We loved that the place allowed our fur babies to come along with us. They were allowed to freely roam the property and swim in the pool. Ate Kim and Kuya JR both made sure that we were comfortable and were on call in case we needed refills for things like toilet paper, dishwashing soap, and trash bags. The place itself is very spacious and it had everything we needed for a relaxing staycation. Only negative thing is that the kitchen was not very clean when we arrived, especially the refrigerator and freezer. The freezer was lined with dirty ice and a used spoon stuck into it. However, we were able to make do by lining the freezer with plastic bags so that we can store our food & ice. I would also suggest bringing insect repellent or bug spray, especially if you intend to hang out in the outdoor area throughout the day. Overall, we had a lovely stay in Balai Pandi and would love to come back for our next family staycat

Staying at Loida’s place was really convenient and made our wedding prep easy and beautiful. The old house is well maintained and has a very homey vibe. The French windows and doors, the garden and the interiors of the house made it feel like home. The stay was comfortable with the ACU installed in the ground floor and each of the bedrooms. The host was also very sweet and thoughtful, who welcomed us with a gift for our wedding. The caretakers are also very kind and always ready to help. Almost like having your own grandma around. The place is clean and spacious. The host and staff are very kind and also responsive in the chat. They even accommodated my requests. I thought we wouldn't enjoy the pool because it was a bit small, but we had a great time. The rooftop is also nice at night; we hung out there to chill. My family and I had a lovely couple of nights at the home. It was up to date and modern, light and airy and well kept. Gail and Conchinita were wonderful hosts, very accommodating and friendly.

The place is great. My cousins and I enjoyed our stay there. The place is easy to find and the community is a guarded area. Nakakatuwa pa kasi the place is complete. Kumpleto sa pang luto, mag mga plates, glasses, and utensils, knives… highly recommended.

I really enjoyed my stay at the place. Everything was exactly as described – clean, well-equipped and very pleasant. Communication with the host was also excellent: fast, friendly and always helpful. I felt completely comfortable and can absolutely recommend the accommodation!

We stayed at Monique’s place and found the area very serene and picturesque. Can be quite a chore to find as it was quite remote but Monique is very responsive and was able to help us, you just need to drop her a message! The place is fantastic, though looks a bit tired in some aspects, which won’t affect your stay in my opinion. The caretakers are also on hand to help 24/7. The area is really stunning and peaceful, the remoteness adds for perfect relaxation time with family.

Although we really enjoyed our stay, I’d like to share some points for future guests to consider: Cons: - The place is not accessible by public transportation, so having your own vehicle or arranged transport is a must. - Pool access requires a ₱200 fee and is not included in the amenities. It also needs to be scheduled with the host to ensure availability. That said, the overall experience was great! The place is well-equipped with complete kitchenware and other essentials. It's super quiet and feels very secure—we even took a walk at night without any worries. The host was also very considerate and allowed us to extend our checkout by an hour while we waited for our driver. For the price, it’s absolutely worth it! ❤️ Thank you, Ma’am Betty and Sir Mark!
