Holiday rentals with a pool in Rodriguez (Montalban)

Hazel was an exceptional host! She provided clear instructions for seamless check-in and check-out. The house felt cozy and welcoming, and our kids had a blast in the pool. The air conditioning throughout the house ensured a comfortable stay. While there were a few minor areas for improvement, such as adding sponges for dishes and extra pots for reheating food, these were negligible compared to the overall excellent experience we had. We're grateful for Hazel's hospitality and would highly recommend this stay! Thank you so much!

We had a wonderful stay! Everybody in the family absolutely loved the place. It’s just the right size for a small to medium-sized group, and the layout of the house is thoughtfully designed so that everyone feels connected while still having enough space to relax. The house was very clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The host was responsive and helpful, even in the middle of the night, and never once made us feel like we were a bother. That said, I’d still suggest not disturbing them unless necessary — but if you ever need help, you can count on them. They even went the extra mile by recommending a home service massage, which was exactly what we needed to unwind. From booking to check-in and check-out, the whole process was seamless. Highly recommend this place for families looking for a smooth, stress-free getaway!

Patrick was a very accomodating host and the property was able to accomodate our team building participants. Kitchen and bathroom supplies are complete and the pool was clean and refreshing. The property was accessible and there's plenty of convenience stores nearby. Definitely a quick getaway in the middle of the metro!

Everything was in order, marvelous hot shower and complete amenities. Very responsive host. Top notch location too.

My family and I had a great time at Balai Pandi. We loved that the place allowed our fur babies to come along with us. They were allowed to freely roam the property and swim in the pool. Ate Kim and Kuya JR both made sure that we were comfortable and were on call in case we needed refills for things like toilet paper, dishwashing soap, and trash bags. The place itself is very spacious and it had everything we needed for a relaxing staycation. Only negative thing is that the kitchen was not very clean when we arrived, especially the refrigerator and freezer. The freezer was lined with dirty ice and a used spoon stuck into it. However, we were able to make do by lining the freezer with plastic bags so that we can store our food & ice. I would also suggest bringing insect repellent or bug spray, especially if you intend to hang out in the outdoor area throughout the day. Overall, we had a lovely stay in Balai Pandi and would love to come back for our next family staycat

I’d love to commend the following: - The whole Airbnb is Air conditioned. - They are very responsive & helpful. - Wifi is fast, TV Apps has subscriptions, and working speakers + microphone. - Squeaky Clean in first floor - Many rooms & has a balcony. - CareTaker is really helpful & knowledgeable (take note, she’s new but will do anything she can to assist) A few downsides that the owner can improve on: - Some linens have visible blood stain - Water is poor (even the pool. It has strong chlorine/zonrox? idk. It will make your hair dry) That’s it. I think if you are looking for a place to stay/chill with your small barkada, I’ll recommend the place! Since it has all that you’ll need. But if you are looking for a resort, and all of you will swim.. You might want to check another bnb. But overall, our stay is enjoyable & unforgettable. The price is actually a great deal! Especially if you are going to consider all the amenities that you’ll get :)

We had a wonderful stay at Mataki ! The location is perfect, just a short walk from great restaurants and local spots. The view from the pool is absolutely stunning, especially at sunset. We also loved the variety of nearby activities, from nightlife to cultural visits. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing yet engaging getaway !

This was our second time staying here. I booked this for 4 nights during our annual convention. My kids and nannies went with me, hence I needed an apartment style place to stay in. Ruth's place perfectly fit our needs. My kids wanted a place very near the malls, I needed something that's very near EDSA Shangrila Hotel where our convention was held. The place is spotless and I love the fact that it has its own laundry. No need to pack so much and we get to go home with clean clothes. 😊 Hope it's available again same time next year. Hehehe

The place was really beautiful and it was well decorated. It was also very clean, has everything you need, and makes you feel at home. The overall vibe of the unit just makes you feel comfortable during the stay. It’s also walking distance from the malls and other establisments. We also have to commend the hosts for being very easy to communicate with from booking until checkout. They provided very clear and detailed instructions for everything that we have to do and need to know. They even have pdf files for it all. Very helpful! Would definitely love to go back here. Easily the best place I’ve stayed in!

Visiting from Canada 🇨🇦 Kristine’s unit is superb! What you saw in the listing is what you get. From the entrance to the whole unit is really clean and organized. The lock is truly a smart lock, so you don’t need to worry about losing the key. The biggest plus factor is her trusted person Elvie, who comes to tidy up every other day. The host is easy to reach out and always concern about your stay if everything is okay. If I need a 1-bedroom accommodation again, I will definitely come back to this place. Wonderful experience! The unit was absolutely spotless ans beautifully decorated. +100 stars for the fully-equipped kitchen and complimentary snacks. It was so nice to find a place that welcomed our dog at cat.
