Welcome to Housita, our lovely Ibiza/Formentera style villa in 'Las Rotas' Dénia. Enjoy breakfast on the sunny terrace and relax in our new design pool before heading to the beach (7min walk). Ideal to spend a relaxing holiday or a long weekend. The house will feel like home. While the small yet vibrant Spanish city of Dénia will have everything to offer to spend the ultimate holiday: delicious restaurants near the sea, tapa bars in the old centre, a lovely harbour, Montgó natural park..

Attic with views of the city

Our attic has 2 fully-furnished bedrooms (1 of them with a terrace), a full bathroom and a living-room. All of these areas are placed on the 2nd floor of a newly built detached house. Full kitchen Our guests will have a key for each bedroom in order to save their belongings and preserve their privacy. Every space in the attic has plenty of natural light and nice views of the city. The house is placed only 500 meters from the city center, as well as only 42 km away from the beach.

La Casita de María, relaxation at the foot of La Mariola

A small house located in a privileged environment of impressive natural value and beauty, the Sierra Mariola Natural Park. You only have to walk 200 meters to enter the park and breathe in the calm and silence. The environment offers many possibilities, it is located on the edge of one of the most important routes of the ascent to Montcabrer. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Cozy apartment with balcony in the center of Albaida, with views of the avenue and the Covalta. Casa in Ontinyent with views of Mariola and valley

A single-storey family home with pool (between late May and early October), large garden and ample parking. The owner has a loft apartment/studio, which is independently accessed, although I'm often not there. The property has a large kitchen diner leading to a barbecue area. Outside dining is wonderful in the summer and the raised decking area by the pool gives glorious views across to the hills. A large wood burner warms the living room for those winter stays.

CALABLANCA

The house. The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, its cozy and unique essence invades you. This unique character can be seen in every detail around you and in every corner of the house.

Villa Bota fue construida en el año 1910 a una altitud de 499m sobre el nivel del mar, ubicada en plena ruta GR-236. En la actualidad ha sido rehabilitada para alojar todo/a apasionado/a de la naturaleza, dónde encontrará calma, sosiego y desconexión. Dada la excelente ubicación se pueden practicar diferentes modalidades de deportes como MTB, senderismo, escalada, espeleología, etc., o simplemente disfrutar de lo más bello, la naturaleza.

La Talaia

La Talaia is an ideal house for both families and groups of friends who want to spend a few days in the beautiful rural village of Bocairent. The house has a total of three floors inside and a fourth floor outside or "rooftop" with views of the Sierra de Mariola and much of the old town of this wonderful inland village.
