The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

Alma Flegrea è una casa tranquilla, accogliente e sita in una posizione centrale. Un minuto a piedi e troverete le botteghe locali e la Spiaggia del Poggio. La spiaggia dello Schiacchetiello e Marina Grande sono inoltre raggiungibili a soli 5 minuti a piedi. Nel raggio di pochi km sono invece raggiungibili i principali siti archeologici dei Campi Flegrei e il litorale di Miseno. Consigliabile per chi desidera un soggiorno al mare, associabile ad esperienze enogastronomiche e culturali.

Il Monolocale offre una posizione unica che favorisce l’intimità con il mare: é adatto per coppie e avventurieri solitari. L’incantevole finestra con affaccio diretto sul mare offre una posizione privilegiata per poter usufruire del pescato del giorno (ristorantini tipici sono a due passi dalla struttura)

They have the advantage of being in a strategic location on the island ... and you fall asleep with only the music of the waves!
