Boutique hotel holiday rentals in Monte Mario

Our airbnb was perfect! Very clean, stylish, staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect walking distance to all major attractions and the best part was the pizzeria across the street! I would highly recommend staying here!

Valter und Chiara waren trotz meiner schwer vorhersehbaren Ankunftszeit sehr entgegenkommend und haben mir auch sehr geholfen. Bei der Schlüsselübergabe gab es dann auch Tipps für die Stadt und Essensmöglichkeiten in direktem Umfeld. Die Abreise verlief dann ebenfalls unkompliziert und ein möglicher späterer Check-Out wäre in einem gewissen Rahmen ebenfalls möglich gewesen. Durch die gute Lage des Aufenthalts waren folgende Aktivitäten unternehmen: Besuch der Engelsburg, Pantheon, Katakomben, Musei Vaticani, Petersdom mit Kuppelbesichtigung, Führung durch Rom und ein Konzertbesuch. Zu Fuß konnte man auch innerhalb von 30-40min alles erreichen, wie beispielsweise das Viktor-Emanuelmonument, Forum Romanum und das Kolosseum. Mit Hilfe des Flughafentransfers vom Flughafen Fiumicino von Bus-Spitz war ein Ausstieg direkt nördlich der Engelsburg möglich, wodurch der Weg zum AirBnB nur noch 20 Fußminuten betrug. Ein Urlaub mit >75.000 Schritten, welcher dank der Unterkunft möglich war.

Very cozy and nice modern apartment, close to underground. Comunication with host was always quick and without any problems. Totaly recommend.

Jean and Edgard were excellent hosts - very responsive to our questions and provided good intel on the local neighborhood. They arranged transportation for us from the airport and later to the cruise terminal both of which worked quite well with the understandable exception that due to the narrow streets we were dropped off a block away from their place and just pointed in the approximate direction. The location of this hotel was perfectly placed with great food nearby and within 20+ minutes of walking to everything we wanted to see in Rome. We had a group of 10 people and 5 rooms. Each room was unique which added to the fun of botique lodging. And the rooftop terrace was a perfect place for our group to hang out in the evenings. If you are looking at their listing - just book it!

Hermoso hospedaje estilo hotel boutique, ambientado estilo romano. Súper limpio y cómodo! Su personal súper amable al igual que Lucrezia su anfitriona, la cual ha respondido siempre a tiempo y dando buenas recomendaciones e instrucciones para el ingreso. Instalaciones muy buenas, excelente ducha y buen wifi. Súper tranquilo por las noches para descansar e inclusive durante el día.

Muy buena opción para una estadía en Roma. Habitación amplia, limpieza impecable, buenas amenidades y gran desayuno. El propietario muy atento, siempre mostró iniciativa y estuvo pendiente de nosotros. Tuvimos un inconveniente con las llaves y nos lo solucionó enseguida. Muy bien ubicado, muy muy cerca del Coliseo y de paradas de colectivo, subte y tranvía. Altamente recomendable.

Luisa and her team was such a wonderful host. We loved staying at her wonderful place. We just can recommend everyone who’s visiting Roma to stop by. We truly looking forward to come back :)

Alloggio situato nel cuore di Trevignano Romano in zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Accoglienza deliziosa da parte della signora Maria Luisa. La camera è spaziosa con all'interno frigobar con bibite fresche e macchina per il caffè, molto apprezzata la possibilità di effettuare l'idromassaggio con cromoterapia e una splendida terrazza esterna con vista lago dove poter fare aperitivo al tramonto. Consigliato per una fuga di qualche giorno dalla città.

The place was perfect, highly recommend. Monti is such a beautiful area with lots to see and eat/drink! Felt safe and alive at night. The bed and room were comfy. Walkable to most major sites. Easy check in. Oh, and AC was a blessing!!!

We loved our stay at Marco’s place! Perfectly located about 10 - 20 min walk from main attractions. Marco was incredible, kind, and very responsive and it was nice to have the room cleaned every morning. The cookies and coffee machine were a huge plus! 100% will be coming back.

Place was excellent and just as advertised. AC was super powerful. Location is superb. Host was very helpful and communicative. Access was simple, but you need a cell with data to access the property. My only thing to note for those reading this before booking. It is in a no traffic zone (we didn't know these existed before going to Rome...thats on us) and we had a hire car as we drove around Italy - so we had to drive to a garage 10 mins away and then taxi to and from the property with our bags. We knew it did not have parking and that was fine. This is nothing against the property, just good for awareness for this location and most of Rome.

First of all, I have no idea why these other reviews have negative comments about the noise- Michele's place is extremely quiet and peaceful given the location that it's in. It is centrally located in the b best part of Rome and literally walling distance from everything and we could not be happier with our stay. Michele was extremely helpful, prompt and accommodating. We ran into some trouble concerning our luggage and she was not obligated to help us solve it but she did anyway and was extremely kind. Her apartment is somehow both cozy and spacious, feels like a mini NYC penthouse in the middle of Rome. 10/10 would recommend to a friend. Such a cool spot. There is even an outdoor terrace space to lounge out, read a book or have a cold drink. Thanks Michele!
