Nous avons passé 2 nuits à l'appartement de Matteo lors de notre arrivée a Rome après un long vol transatlantique. Tout était parfait à notre arrivée et nous pu prendre du repos pour nous remettre tranquillement du décalage horaire. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les recommandations de restaurants et de choses à faire à Rome expliqués par Matteo. Le secteur était tranquille et nous étions à seulement 10min de marche d'un métro. Nous recommandons ce logement !

We absolutely loved our stay! The neighborhood was fantastic - close to all the tourist sights and easy to get around via bus - but it also felt like we got a slice of real Roman life. Enjoyed the park/square across from the apartment and all of the meals we ate locally. The apartment itself felt really special. The decor was lovely and unique. We found the beds comfortable and the set up was great for our family of four. It was clean and well appointed. We’d absolutely stay here again next time we visit Rome.

We stayed in this apartment for 9 days and absolutely loved it! Carlotta and Fabio were incredibly responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. They supported us with everything we needed throughout our stay. The apartment itself was super cozy and felt just like home — very comfortable, spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and easy to reach. It had everything we could possibly need. The location was also perfect — central and well connected, making it easy to get anywhere. Check-in with Easy Access was smooth and effortless. We’ll definitely be staying here again on our next trip!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Rome! The location is absolutely perfect, just a few minutes walk from the train and metro stations, which made getting around super easy. There’s a grocery store right across the road and plenty of restaurants and takeaways nearby. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the two air conditioners were a lifesaver during the hot days - truly saved our holiday! 😁 A huge thank you to Carola and Daniele, who were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans ce airbnb. Francesca nous as fait un accueil très chaleureux et s'est assuré que nous soyons à l'aise. L'appartement est très spacieux, bien décoré, bien isolé et bien équipé. Il y a des unités murales de climatisation dans chaque pièce, ce que nous avons adoré. Nous avons bien profité de la terrasse arrière. Nous avons pu facilement visiter Rome grâce à la station de métro qui est à 10 minutes à pied.

Anna Lucia’s place was honestly one of the cleanest Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in — spotless and super well-maintained. She was quick to respond and had clearly thought through every detail we might need. The apartment is perfect for families with kids, located in a quiet area with a supermarket just steps away. Everything about the stay was smooth and thoughtful. Highly recommended!

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön im antiken Stil eingerichtet – alles war sehr sauber, liebevoll hergerichtet und der Innenhof ist ein echtes Highlight. Die Lage ist top: etwas außerhalb der ganz zentralen Innenstadt, aber super angebunden und nur ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß von Trastevere entfernt. Direkt nebenan gibt es außerdem eine hervorragende Pizzeria. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit – selbst bei unserer verspäteten Ankunft hat er geduldig auf uns gewartet und war insgesamt extrem flexibel. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Das Apartment ist super hell und freundlich. Und man findet vor Ort alles, was man zum Leben braucht. Die Küche ist toll ausgestattet- auch mit Kaffeemaschine! Ich werde definitiv wiederkommen! Danke Francesca für diesen tollen Monat in Rom!

Schöne, moderne und gut gelegene Wohnung. Enrico hat uns sehr gut mit Informationen versorgt und war jederzeit ein top Gastgeber! Die Dachterrasse war klasse, Bett super komfortabel. Für Menschen mit empfindlichem Schlaf nachts evtl. ein wenig zu viel Straßengeräusche. Alles andere ist zu empfehlen.

Francesco has a wonderful place. It was very easy to get anywhere in the city from his apartment and was perfect for our family. There was even a small playground at the end of the street. Hope to stay here again next time we are in Rome!

Giulia’s place in Trastevere was such a charming last-minute find for my 48-hour trip to Rome. It felt like a true home—warm, cozy, and exactly as pictured. The snacks, toiletries, AC, and thoughtful touches made the stay even better. A few helpful notes: the Wi-Fi didn’t work the first day until I moved the plug. There were small flies(?) in the bathroom/loft—harmless but surprising. Water heater instructions were conflicting; I turned it off and didn’t have hot water later, so I’d recommend leaving it on. The hot water lasted about 5 minutes in the morning the second night but was fine the first. The door lock was tricky (turn key 3.5x, pull in, then push) and I needed help figuring it out—just a heads-up for travelers not used to European locks! Location was fantastic! Everything was walkable. Definitely check out Ciuffetti, a great handmade leather shop nearby. Overall, I’d DEFINITELY stay here again. Just sharing details I wish I’d known in advance.

#1 for my heat sensitive family is we think Gaia has the best AC in Roma! Such a beautiful apartment in a safe, convenient location. Some of our favorite meals in Italy were the ones we ate in this neighborhood. We were delayed and arrived at 9pm, Gaia was so patient and kind. We walked to enjoy a bite to eat and the best gelato at Fior di Luna a short walk away. Would give 10stars🌟 if possible!

Can’t get any more local than this! Really felt like a Roman staying here! Great area close to Termini and tram stops surrounded by coffee shops and restaurants with truly amazing food! We found ourselves spending more time in our neighbourhood rather than going more central! The apartment was so cute and had everything we needed! Amazing value for money!

Great stay in Rome! The place is very big and comfortable. Even has a small balcony for some relaxing breakfasts. Would definitely stay here again! Keep in mind that the place is in an ZTL zone, important if you are driving.

Alessandro and his family were incredibly kind and welcoming. The apartment was clean and well-cooled, which was a huge relief in the summer heat of Rome. There's also a swimming pool with a nice view from the apartment — a great bonus! The bus stop is just a one-minute walk away, making it very convenient to get around. Highly recommended!

Has a fantastic time a Guiseppe’s place! He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect! The accommodation was very comfortable and clean! It was perfect for our family! The location was great for accessing all of the main attractions in Rome and Guiseppe was so helpful in guiding us in the right direction to ensure we had a smooth visit! Everything was great! And we had read other reviews so know what the challenges may be and were prepared for a little noise from the neighbours. But that was no real issue. Just overall a fantastic stay!

Flavio harika bir ev sahibi. Her konuda yardımcı. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Ev ve manzarası huzur dolu. Yakın çevrede alışveriş ve yemek yenecek iyi restoranlar mevcut. Villanın diğer sakinleri misafirperver. Tekrar gelmek isterim. Eğer arabanız ile geliyorsanız villaya dış kapıdan giriş yapmak için linke bir süre önceden tıklayarak dış kapıyı açık hale getirmeniz gerekiyor. Villaya giriş dar ve trafiği işlek bir yoldan yapılıyor. Dış kapıdan çıkış ta çok kolay değil bu yüzden. Bir de sivrisinekler ile ilgili önlemizi alın.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Unterkunft in toller Lage. Abends is diese Gegend sehr belebt, dennoch hört man wenig in der Wohnung. Leider war die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer sehr laut. Der Pool und der Garten sind eine Oase. Der Pool ist erst von 11 Uhr bis 13 Uhr und dann wieder von 15 Uhr bis 18:30 Uhr zugänglich und man wird von einem freundlichen Aufpasser überwacht. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind ein ganzes Stück weg. Taxis stehen jedoch am Plazza Trilussa. Vom Flughafen aus gibt es regulierte Taxipreise (55€) für die Fahrten, sodass man kein Taxi vorbuchen muss. Rodel ist sehr hilfreich und zuverlässig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Прекрасное место для отдыха, хозяин отзывчивый, помогал со всеми вопросами и отвечал на них практически сразу До конца не был уверен, что все будет так, как на фотографиях, но я сильно ошибался, ведь вживую все было даже лучше Единственные минус - это то, что дом находится в 30 минутах езды от центра города , а такси в риме стоит довольно таки недешево
