Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Montebello

I was sad to leave this place 😭😭 the view, the apartment, the cleanliness, the parking garage, everything was perfect. The apartment was very clean. The garage was safe and easily accessible. It was good for a group of 5. Kye was an amazing host! When I had trouble entering the apartment, he responded right away. We were missing an amenity and he was able to get us one that same night! Amazing place and an amazing host! Thank you Kye! If I ever come back I’ll be sure to stay here again. 😊

An amazing home in a beautiful neighborhood. The listing is just like the photos. Tall ceilings, beautiful tile and spacious! It’s a private location separated from the rest of the property. I would highly recommend!

Alexandra really cared about it our family and made sure everything was convenient and smooth. Traveling with little kids to see family is tough so having someone like Alexandra was super helpful. Plus the place is a gem! It’s close to everything, inside is very clean and has everything you need. The beds were super comfortable!!

Natasha was the best host I have met! Respond to my message quickly and very understanding. The unit was small but sweet, had everything I needed. I liked the decoration. Only thing is that it was a bit difficult to walk my dog in the neighborhood as a lot of neighbours have dogs that will bark when we walked by. We encountered off leash dogs twice and had to run back.

This was a nice location as we we needed to be near rose bowl stadium for a festival which was about a 20 minute drive. It had everything we needed for our short stay. The WiFi was patchy at times for short period but everything worked out fine. Loved the tv with Netflix! Jason was a very responsive host. The laundry was located in the laundry room separately from the unit along with detergent all for free :)

Loved Jonathan's spot. Clean, modern, and easy to get to. Free garage parking was a bonus. Will rent again from Jonathan for sure!

Lovely place with a very homey feel to it. It's one of two airbnbs at the building, but they are fully separated. Everything was as described, and the hosts were super communicative. Its a great deal, given there is laundry and parking onsite, they allow pets, and its a fully livable unit in a comfortable suburban neighborhood.

Host of this place was great at communication prior to stay. Place was nice and was easy to access. It was a great location for two people to stay at. Was close to a lot of Asian food options!

Unanimously voted the best Airbnb by my entire family (across all age groups) after spending time here while we celebrated my son’s graduation 👨‍🎓 Centrally located, an oasis that is not only aesthetically appealing but also cozy and stocked with every creature comfort. The space is open and fresh…immaculately maintained. The host is the perfect blend of kind, generous and professional. The Retreat In the Hills will not disappoint and is worth every penny.

Beautiful home Away from home. Great communicating host. Location is perfect. Big clean and peaceful. The pool was amazing. Stores & restaurants are really close. Thank you for being great hosts. My family life recently lost my youngest daughter Julia and have been having some difficult moments as can be imagined, these several days we spend at your location, was truly healing, peaceful beautiful moments. As my first stat at an Airbnb it set the expectations high. Lived the the place and will was very accommodating!

We had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Jeff was an amazing host—super communicative, helpful, and respectful. The check-in process was easy, and everything we needed was provided. We really appreciated the peaceful environment and the care that went into the space. Definitely recommend and would love to stay again!

Enjoyed my stay

Throughout my stay here, I enjoyed the endless opportunities that were offered in the suite. From easy access to all delicious food delivery in Rosemead to all the conveniences nearby. Washer and delivery onsite makes this a bonus compared to hotel alternative. Host went above and beyond and ensured we had an excellent stay in her Airbnb. Airbnb is super clean and chill. 10/10 would visit and recommend again.

Selina was a very responsive host with a nice little place. Very clean and no frills. Bonus points for the gated private parking spot. If you are looking for a place to stay, with all the essentials and at a fair price, I would highly recommend.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Nice place. Quiet. I had no issues getting in. The bathroom was clean. Kitchen was clean. They had a steamer for my clothes which was nice as well.

Booked for the rooftop pool view and it did not disappoint. The parking spot was a nice bonus. The unit itself was nice. Comfy bed, big tv, very clean. As others mentioned, it’s very bright; bring an eye mask if you don’t want to be up with the sunrise.

Peter was the best host! Not only were the check in instructions great with photo examples to aid a smooth process but he was willing to work with me on checkout time. I came for work and left my belongings at the apartment thinking I would be back in time before checkout and Peter was not only helpful but very understanding. Being able to check in very late after a long flight with front desk security made it really easy and comfortable. It was so quiet! Which is surprising for the area. The space was more spacious and beautiful in person. Can’t wait to book this for visiting friends

The stay was very comfortable & homey. Great kitchen & living room space. Big bedroom with washer and dryer. Much bigger in person than it looks on the app. I recommend this play for a quiet getaway & subtle experience. Very quiet and peaceful, plus the hosts were great. Very responsive and proactive, answered any and all questions I had quickly.

Amazing place, with a beautiful kitchen! The building itself was very quiet. Most everything was walkable, or at least a very short uber ride away! Any questions we had we got a response very quickly. A perfect stay for the weekend!
