Monthly Rentals in Montecopiolo

We stayed in the Villa at the end of April. The place is beautiful, surrounded by nature, quiet, with a beautiful garden that surrounds the house. About a km there are bakers, supermarket, butcher, all the shops you can serve. Lorena was fantastic, you helped us with everything, both to find a restaurant for Easter and as a guide to the various sites to visit. The house has every comfort, two living areas, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, a kitchen with a table of 8. The house is about an hour from Rimini for those who love the sea. For those who want to visit the cities of art less than 45 minutes away are: San Leo, San Marino, Urbino, Urbania. Wonderful stay, thanks again Lorena.

The apartment is in the very heart of Novafeltria, so shops, cafés etc. are at walking distance. The church is practically next to the house, which means the ringing of the church bells can be heard inside. The place looks very nice, though, with beautiful, old furniture. Lorenza was a wonderful host: friendly, helpful and responsive. She also gave me tips on places to visit in the surrounding area.

This was our second stay as a family of four (kids 6 and 4), and again we had a wonderful time. Very peaceful yet well connected, great large communal space with hot tub and barbecue (charcoal supplied!), not far from the beautiful pennabilli and a splendid outdoor swimming pool. Also great for day trips to Urbino, Rimini and San Leo. May have to return for a third trip in a few years time!

Fabio is a friendly and polite person, very helpful with regard to schedules and organization. The house is beautiful, very well maintained and welcoming. A very central place in a charming and relaxing village. I highly recommend it for a getaway from the city.
