My wife and I stayed at Marco’s for a week for our honeymoon. We both loved it. Pool was beautiful and peaceful. The property is fantastic the pictures don’t do it justice. As amazing as it looks in the photos it is 1000 times better in person. The front gate made everything feel so secure. Walking up the steps to the guest house we were hit with a nice floral smell with all the daisies growing everywhere. Such a peaceful and beautiful property. The view was stunning looking over the mountains. The place was perfect. The kitchen was everything we needed and more, the pull out couch allowed us to relax and watch tv at the end of the night. The patios were perfect for coffees and meals. And the bed was nice and comfortable. Marco left a flower pedal heart on the bed for us which was a nice personal touch. We met his parents (who stay in the main house) they were very kind and gave us our privacy. There was lots of information about the area and things to do. Wish we stayed longer

We had an absolutely amazing time at Daniela’s place - it was clean, had stunning views and was quick access to Pisa, Florence & Siena. Beautiful pool and lovely terrace with amazing views and sunsets. The kitchen also had everything we needed, including local olive oil and pasta & local wine as a welcoming gift. Daniela went above and beyond providing us with lilos and a pump for the pool too. Overall, 10/10 stay!

Really very nice accommodation and a big thank you to Camilla who takes care of everything. For example, with us, to reserve a tennis court. Full recommendation!

Everything was absolutely perfect! ⭐️ Location: Ideal base for exploring Tuscany — you’re right in the heart of it all. Whether you’re heading to Florence, Pisa, or the charming hill towns, everything is within easy reach. House: Well-equipped and comfortable, with all the listed amenities in perfect working order. After long days of sightseeing, the pool was a refreshing retreat. The panoramic view over the valley is truly breathtaking. Host: Lorenzo is an outstanding host — friendly, responsive, and fluent in English. He was proactive and helpful throughout our stay. The house includes a detailed guidebook he created with handpicked recommendations for local shops, markets, restaurants, farms, and sights. It made planning our days effortless. Bottom line: If this listing is available — don’t hesitate. Book it. 10/10 would recommend!

Amazing place! Nestled in the beautiful surroundings of the Lucca hills. Very peaceful. Lots of birdsong. We saw a deer in the garden! The grounds are brilliant and the place is the perfect size for a couple. We loved eating on the terrace with the great view, and swimming in the private pool. Only a short drive to Lucca which has some amazing restaurants (our favourite was Osteria de Pasquale). There’s some great vineyards in the area - our favourite was Fattoria Sardi. If I was reading this review I wouldn’t think twice about booking!

Ilaria was a wonderful host. The house is located on top of a hill, with a huge and very nice garden and wonderful views. Perfect for kids to play.

We stayed in the apartment for a week and felt very comfortable! Everything is very private & the pool was excellent!! The communication with Jacopo was also wonderful. We would definitely come back🥰

Everything well provided, bedrooms fine, bathrooms fine. Everything is spotless and well taken care of. Pietrasanta is within walking distance with many nice restaurants. The living room/kitchen is not large but the outdoor space is and that is fine. Nice swimming pool. In short, a place to come back to.

I was in Pietrasanta for 6 weeks to sculpt marble. Stefania's is in walking distance to the train station, great restaurants, grocery stores and walking trails. The place is quiet and well equipped. I highly recommend staying there.

We particularly enjoyed staying in the house which was full of charm from the environment of nature and the mountains and the interior design which was always very neat. Very pleasant stay in a region that offers a lot of tourism opportunities.

My family and I visited this quiet apartment to explore the northern part of Tuscany. The check in was smooth, the host accommodated our arrival and was always available for our questions. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are large, the kitchen is superbly stocked with spices and dishes. We were able to warm up the cottage with central heating, which we especially like. The host offered for the last day that we could stay longer if we wanted. We would definitely come back to this appartement next time we explore this part of beautiful Italy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at I Pini, the house was well furnished and comfortable with everything we needed and the view is just stunning, the photos really don’t do it justice! Everything was as described and we had a lovely time there, helped by Cristina and her team’s thorough information provided about the local area and their quick responses to any questions or messages. Lerici itself is a beautiful town with lots of things to do close by, including day trips to the Cinque Terre and Pisa. I am sure we will be back in the future!

We stayed at Chiara's place for a competition on the beach, during the April 25 bridge. We often return to Pietrasanta during this time and we were really satisfied with the location and accommodation in general. Chiara was very kind in providing us with all the check-in information, which we were late, coming from afar. Everything went smoothly and the stay was really pleasant. In the house we found everything you need, in the kitchen and bathroom: highly recommended! We hope to be back soon! Thanks!!

Alessandro's accommodation is great for those who want to get away from the chaos of the city, it is in a quiet location and surrounded by greenery but still close to a lot of areas of interest such as Forte dei Marmi (20min), Marina di Carrara (10min) and so on... it is a very strategic place, especially if you have pets with you. Our little dachshund, Focaccia, was able to run freely in the huge garden in front of the accommodation - a place where my partner and I decided to have dinner every evening while enjoying the beautiful sunset. 🌇 The accommodation is beautiful, new and equipped with a really super-stocked kitchen (we could even make pizza!). We were also very pleased with the presence of an air conditioner. We will definitely be back, we highly recommend it 🫶🏼 NB Alessandro has always been super helpful in answering all my questions and giving me very valuable advice on what to see/where to eat, etc. Thank you Alessandro for your infinite patience?

We had a very nice week at 6 with 2 teenagers and 2 children. Lerici which is 2 km away is a good starting point to visit the 5 Terres by boat. Lerici and Tellaro are also very nice to visit. The accommodation is calm and comfortable. The different terraces are pleasant.

We loved staying in Carolina’s house in Montecatini Alto. It was a lovely welcoming place to wake up in and return to at the end of the day. The view from the windows and the patio is extraordinary and sitting out enjoying it was one of the best parts of the holiday. The house had all we needed. Carolina was a wonderful host; friendly, quick to reply and extremely helpful. The village is a lovely quiet place to stay and we wouldn’t look anywhere else if we return to the area.

The cottage and especially the garden were fantastic. We enjoyed having breakfast in the garden in the morning and BBQing in the evening. Franco is a very attentive host and the house was very clean. The bikes available were ideal for exploring the area.

The stay in Volegno will stay in our memory for a long time. The view from the windows and the terrace itself is a great attraction, no matter the weather, we admired it for hours. A place for people who value peace and contact with nature. You can calm down and relax here. A good starting point for exploring the mountains. A cozy, spacious home with everything you need. Good communication with the host, waited for us at the agreed time, helped with luggage from the parking lot, provided information about local attractions. Volegno is a place to come back to.

A beautiful apartment in a beautiful village surrounded by a beautiful landscape... Fibbiano was the perfect place for a relaxing vacation surrounded by nature and at the same time interesting since it is a stone's throw from Lucca, Forte, Pietrasanta, Camaiore and Viareggio... Stefania is a kind and caring host and her apartment is truly a jewel! Highly recommended!!!

Beautiful individual apartment located in a beautiful quiet and charming neighborhood, we had a great time both for the strategic location between the sea and the center and for the proximity to the main services. Federica was super welcoming, she left us some small welcome gifts that were very welcome and two bikes included with the addition at our request of a seat for our 4-year-old daughter that allowed us to safely forget the car and ride around the area in complete relaxation. A special mention for the establishment we have an agreement with and recommend: Bagni Carlo in Marina di Pietrasanta, a real blast from the past with a warm family-run management like it used to be, an impeccable establishment and excellent value for money for the area. It was wonderful to live in the middle of Tellaro and to have breakfast on the roof terrace with the fantastic view! The cottage is very skillfully renovated and lovingly furnished with selected pieces. Everything we needed was there and we were very nicely received by Lola. There are some stairs in the house that you have to climb to finally end up on the roof terrace, you should be aware of that. We had a great, relaxed time hiking (directly from the house), visiting Cinque Terre, swimming again and again and of course trying the restaurants on site. It was all perfect thank you so much!

Cristian was an immaculate host and this space was beyond impressive. Pictures truly didn’t do the space justice and we can’t thank him enough for his hospitality, responsiveness when arriving and finding our way around, and general needs. Would absolutely love to be back!
