Villa holiday rentals in Montemerlo

This is a wonderful villa. It consists of four self-contained flats and a communal large dining room / lounge and kitchen. You only pay person who actually stays, but have the use of as many of the flats as you need to accommodate those who stay (up to 10 persons altogether), and your party has exclusive use of the shared kitchen and dining room / lounge. There is a lovely private garden and outdoor eating area, and a very good barbecue. The area is very peaceful. We went on lovely walks down the lanes straight out of the front door. You will need a vehicle to stay. We found Vicenza (1/2 hour), Padova (1/2 hour) and Venezia (1 hour) all quite easily reachable with a car. Alvise was very responsive and helpful, living in a small house nearby in the grounds. We considered it very good value for money, and would love to stay again if we have the opportunity.

Wszystko zgodne z opisem . Piękna lokalizacja willi . Dzięki ogromnej wielkości domu każdy miał sporo prywatności , duża liczba łazienek . Basen czysty , mimo że dom znajduje się na terenie z innym domem było czuć komfort prywatności . Jedyny minus to brak światła na tarasie przy kuchni gdzie jest duży stół i fajne miejsce do posiedzenia wieczorami , dom w starym, włoskim stylu i nie wszystko było idealnie czyste ale to zrozumiałe przy takiej wielkości posiadłości . Ogólnie super miejsce . Dziękujemy

Wir hatten einen wirklich traumhaften Aufenthalt in der Casa Cantia. Das Anwesen ist unbeschreiblich schön und liegt leicht erhöht inmitten von Weinbergen. Genauso wie man sich das ländliche Italien vorstellt; ruhig, idyllisch und bezaubernd. Die Unterkunft ist super einfach zu finden und stellt den perfekten Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen dar. Ob Städtetrips wie Venedig, Verona oder Padua alles ist einfach mit dem Auto oder der Bahn zu erreichen. Zahlreiche Wanderrouten runden die Region für den perfekten Urlaub ab. Die Casa Cantia liegt im Innenhof einer alten Villa und die kühlen Steinwände und die Lage inmitten der Natur und den Weinbergen macht sie zu einer wahrhaften Oase der Ruhe. Der ländliche Charm der Wohnung wurde neu und modern interpretiert, unfassbar schöne Details und uns fehlte es an nichts. Luigi war der perfekte Gastgeber; super freundlich, hilfsbereit und mehr als zuvorkommend. Der Urlaub in der Casa Cantia hat unsere Vorstellung weit übertroffen.

We had a great stay with Stephano who was very polite, attentive and helpful. Our focus was cycling and the storage for our bikes was excellent.

Quiero destacar que el alojamiento es bastante cómodo para un grupo, muy importante que el transporte para Venecia está muy cerca y es muy fácil de usar. Mi grupo estuvo muy bien y agradece el espacio, el único detalle es que para un grupo grande haría falta un baño más en la segunda planta pero en general todo muy bien

We never had an Airbnb experience like this before. Besides the beautiful, spacious house and the even more beautiful garden, Valeria and Maura couldn't be more welcoming & heartful. When we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome as well as a selection of food for breakfast, even a bottle of Prosecco. The house was so clean, especially considering the Villa's size and the location is perfect to really relax and enjoy. We definitely want to come again and would recommend it 100%.

Place was well equipped, spacious and overall in pretty high standard relative to its price and purpose.sp Somewhat remote localization ensures peace and relaxation, but also bigger cities (close to Garda and Verona) are in 15-30 minutes drive proximity. Private garage with automatic gate fits 2 normal size cars easly (or 1 SUV, 1 normal with carefull parking). Owners are nice and helpfull. We spend there great time and are happy with our choice. There were only 2 slight inconveniences, 2 bed's frames were quite squeaky when you moved and some of the inner door locks (bathrooms/rooms) were tricky/hard to use. But its not really that much affecting anyone's visit, which we can recommend to everyone, just something owners can look into when they have a little of free time.

Wir sind als 4 Paare in der Unterkunft von Giovanna gewesen und haben es einfach nur toll gefunden! Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad, alles ist geräumig und sauber. Das Haus ist sehr kreativ und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter und konnten jeweils draussen essen und den Pool in vollen Zügen geniessen. Das Haus liegt sehr gut, um Ausflüge ans Meer, in Städte (Venedig, Treviso etc.) und auf Weingüter zu machen. Giovanna gibt sehr gute Ausflugstipps. Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden und empfehlen das Haus zu 100%.

Wir haben uns super wohl in der Villa Desy gefühlt. Die Besitzer haben uns sehr herzlich - auch noch zur späteren Stunde - begrüßt und uns eine Hausführung gegeben. Dabei haben sie alles erklärt, was wir wissen mussten. Es gab sogar bereitgestellte Grillkohle für den Grill und Fahrräder standen auch bereit. Unser kleiner Zwergpudel hat sich pudelwohl gefühlt und wir natürlich auch. Super schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We had an amazing vacation. I can 100% recommend staying there. We booked the villa for 15 people and had plenty of space. The house offers a large kitchen and common area as well as many separate bed and bathrooms. The kitchen is perfect for preparing food for large groups and there are supermarktes nearby to buy groceries. Our highlight however was definitely the outside area including the huge garden, pool and tennis/ soccer court. The hosts and all staff were super friendly and helpful. Communcation before the stay was excellent and in the house there are also great recommendations for daytrips, beaches, places to shopping or food ordering.

Our group was a large group of 9 adults attending an event for the weekend. The rental was perfect for us. This is a beautiful spacious house, It was very well equipped for taking meals at the house and perfectly clean. The location was fantastic, a very short stroll to the beach, close by to mini market and bakery, pharmacy and several restaurants. The hosts were responsive when we needed to ask questions and there were helpful suggestions and notices around the house. I would highly recommend this house.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. La maison est très confortable et nous avons profité de la piscine et du barbecue tous les jours. Je recommande fortement la villa Stefania et je reviendrai avec plaisir. Stefania et son mari sont des hôtes très agréables

Manuela war eine sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und bemühte Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns im Vorfeld super Tips gegeben und über alles wichtige informiert. Bei Fragen hat sie sehr schnell geantwortet und versucht allen Bedürfnissen gerecht zu werden. Ihr Haus ist exakt wie auf den Fotos und in der Beschreibung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl bei ihr gefühlt. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Auch der Garten und Pool waren toll. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder dorthin gehen. Der Gardasee ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen, ebenso diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Vielen herzlichen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt :)

Matteo’s place is even more beautiful and more spacious than the pictures. We were blown away by the property, inside and out. The property is right next to a walking path that brings you down into the town. The path is definitely not for the faint of heart as it’s very steep, but there are some beautiful viewing points. If you have the proper shoes and don’t mind a bit of a workout, it’s great. For the most part, taxis are readily available to/from the town. There’s also a hotel with a restaurant and another restaurant about 10 mins walking from the Airbnb which was great when we didn’t feel like going back down into town. If you’re looking for a place with privacy, views, a pool, and plenty of space, this is the place.

We had a lovely stay & the villa was beautiful & everything you could of asked for. Michela was lovely, very friendly and always around to answer any questions. The pool was cold but enjoyed it on the warm days. Easy bus route to lazise but the buses were not always reliable. I would definitely recommend it to other families, plenty of room inside & outside. This was by far the best ever rental property we have stayed in! Maibrit and Hildergard made sure that every detail from the time of booking right through to the last day was handled with excellence... they are kind, caring and lovely people! The villa is spectacular, comfortable, and extremely well-equipped for cooking/eating in, it was a perfect gathering place for our family of 6. There were also areas for quiet reading, napping or just relaxing. And of course, the views are absolutely stunning!! There are also a good choice of local restaurants in the area. The road to the property is a little tricky until you get used to it, but other than that, we all agreed that we would love to return sometime in the future - given the opportunity!

Diese Ferienwohnung war einfach perfekt! Sie war äußerst sauber und gepflegt, was sofort einen positiven Eindruck hinterließ. Die Umgebung war ruhig und angenehm, ideal zum Entspannen. Alle notwendigen Annehmlichkeiten waren vorhanden, inklusive Fahrräder, die uns viel Freude bereiteten. Besonders kinderfreundlich, mit vielen Spielmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Einziger Nachteil waren die Betten, die etwas unbequem waren. Trotzdem ein großartiger Ort für einen Familienurlaub – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Eine tolle Unterkunft, die noch liebevoller und schöner ausgestattet ist, als auf den Bildern zu erkennen! Wir waren eine Gruppe von 8 Frauen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber und hat wunderbar geduftet! Sandra hat uns sogar in jedem Raum mit frischen Blumen empfangen :) In der Küche konnten wir toll kochen und der Pool hatte den ganzen Abend Tag Sonne und war eine willkommene Erfrischung. Vielen Dank! Eine absolute Empfehlung ☺️

Wir haben unsere Zeit am Gardasee sehr genossen, besonders wegen Moritz‘ schöner Villa! Die Aussicht ist echt ein Highlight und wir waren auch von der sehr guten Ausstattung der Küche beeindruckt. Danke an Moritz für die vielen guten Insidertipps für die Region und auch für die schönen Gemälde im Haus:)

Tania Villa was even better than the pictures showed. The villa had plenty of space both inside and out. The location was secluded and with the pool and tennis courts/football pitch, offered plenty of things to do. The host was responsive and accommodated our needs, including being flexible with our check-in requirements. Thanks for a great stay!

Tout a été parfait. Les hôtes Jody et Vincenzo étaient toujours à notre écoute si on en avait besoin. La maison était très spacieuse , très propre et très bien aménagée. Nous étions une famille de 8 personnes et nous nous sentions comme chez nous. Le jardin bien entretenu avec ses magnifiques plantations était notre havre de paix, un vrai paradis. La piscine très grande était nettoyée tous les jours. Une adresse à vraiment recommander.

Wat een geweldig huis, dit is echt een pareltje. We werden warm verwelkomd door Barbara die ons een rondleiding door het huis gaf. Alles zag er spik en span uit, schoon en goed onderhouden. Barbara hielp ons ook met het bestellen van een pizza in het Italiaans en met het informeren voor een wijnproeverij. Ook het zwembad ligt er heel mooi bij en de ligbedden zijn echt van een goed kwaliteit. We hebben het echt geweldig gehad.
