Incredible location, and the cabin was perfect to relax and unwind with the fire in between days hiking around Durmitor. It’s also very close to Zabljak making it easy to go into town. Would recommend!

As a group of five, we had a great stay. The cabin was so cosy and inviting. We also ordered the breakfast from “Grandmas Kitchen” next door and we were satisfied and happy to try some local foods and ingredients. One small remark is that the beds were a bit hard for a few in the group. The bathroom with a modern shower and washing machine was very appreciated. Elena was very responsive and communicative about any questions we had. The views are absolutely unreal and there is a level peacefulness that has to be experienced.

Marko and Marica were gracious, friendly and fantastic hosts. The property was immaculately maintained, very well prepared and with a superbly equipped. The location is fantastic, so peaceful and with a great relaxing atmosphere. Marko met us at the nearby petrol station to show us how to get to the property including how to navigate the tight corner. The first drive up and down was quite tricky but was fine after that and no problem in a large SUV. Highly recommended place, very good location to explore Kotor Bay from and an oasis of calm where time slows down.

We’ve just got home from a lovely week. The villa is lovely, spacious and airy with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Some fabulous places to visit nearby. Car is essential. Lots of homely touches at the villa and a good sized pool area to enjoy. Excellent value for money and would definitely consider visiting again.

Cozy place & warm welcome - highly recommended

We were 4 people staying for 2 nights and we had a great time. We as guests had issues with our timing and arrived a bit late for check-in but our host had full understanding and was willing to be flexible. The house was amazing and had everything we needed, the environment was beautiful and we had a nice view while using the grill for our barbecue. Would 10/10 recommend this place for anyone visiting Montenegro.

Ilija and Danka were very kind. They called us restaurants and attractions nearby and were always communicative.

There is absolutely nothing you could fault with this stunning apartment in the centre of Kotor overlooking the cathedral. We were met at the main Sea gate of the old town and Karolina assisted with luggage and accompanied us to the apartment. A beautiful outlook over the town, restaurants and mountains from the beautifully furnished living area. Although you are in the centre of town, you have the choice to open your double glazed windows and listen to music and the sounds or close them and have complete quiet. The bedrooms are positioned at the rear of the apartment. They are quiet and allow for a perfect nights sleep. Everything has been considered, even a filtered water dispenser was supplied in the apartment, which was greatly appreciated. This apartment is perfection. We would highly recommend staying at this superb apartment in Kotor.

Fantastic stay! Hosts were very hospitable. Location is perfect for the national park and hiking. Also within 20min driving distance to tara canyon. The accommodation itself was also perfect for our stay.

Very quiet location with a gorgeous view on the pine trees and the sea. The pool was amazing and the little kitchen really made our life easy.

Slobodan's home was really beautiful. Very conveniently located in the old town. The apartment itself is very nice, comfortable and spacious. Check-in process was very easy, thanks to the clear instructions and videos sent to us. Slobodan gave us good recommendations of the restaurants in the region and places of attraction. Our apartment was lovely and the balcony with the view was a beautiful place to just unwind. The furniture was very comfortable to just relax. The hosts, Sebastian and Angela were exceptional in their communication and responses, very proactive and friendly. They offered some incredible recommendations for food and other queries we had which were very helpful and we took most of their recommendations which really made things easy for us. The apartment is merely a 7-minute drive to Budva old town. Highly recommend!

We’ve had the best family trip here. Close enough to Kotor and Tivat that you don’t feel too isolated but also far enough away that you feel like you’ve got your own private getaway. So peaceful and some of the most beautiful views! Will definitely be recommending Sally’s place to anyone who wants to visit Montenegro. It was perfect!

Very luxurious and comfortable space with a kind host!

Truly fabulous place with so much history - I couldn't reccomend more ! stunning with many places (including the jetty) to enjoy the amazing views. Super peaceful and also an approx 45min walk to Kotor and the old town there- so best of both worlds. Budimir was also super helpful throughout- fully 10/10 experience !

Dreamtime Villa was one of the best AirBnB villa's we stayed in. The villa is spacious, as indicated on the site. Anz who is Marko's son he is present at the villa 24x7, which is a great help. He takes care of all the needs and that was an added advantage. He was reachable whenever required and has super knowledge about the area. The Villa is around 30 min drive from Lustica Bay where there are lots of nice restaurants and grocery. Villa has sizable swimming pool, pool table and lot of facilities to keep you and kids busy at the villa.

We recently had the pleasure of staying in the forest and blue villa and it was an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. They were always available to answer our questions and provided excellent recommendations, making us feel truly welcome. Their responsiveness and genuine desire to ensure our comfort really set the tone for a fantastic stay. The villa itself was simply perfect. It was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we could possibly need for our stay, from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable furnishings. It's clear a lot of thought went into making this a true home away from home. Breathtaking Views And the view from the property? Absolutely stunning! Waking up to the panoramic scenery each morning was a highlight, and the sunsets were simply unforgettable. It added an incredible layer of beauty to an already wonderful trip.

We spent 8 wonderful nights at the villa. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood of town. With a beautiful view of the sea, in the evening you can watch the sunsets. There are several beaches within walking distance. To the old town 10 min walk. I recommend everyone to visit this beautiful property. Great host, told everything, gave instructions for leisure in Ulcinj. We are very happy.

My partner and I had a fantastic stay at Sonja and Neno's Villa in Budva. The apartment itself is spacious and well equipped with incredible views. As other reviews have said, the photos don't do it justice! Sonja and Neno were both incredibly welcoming hosts, inviting us over for homemade Rakia and wine on our first day and being incredibly responsive throughout our trip. We would absolutely recommend their place and will be returning on our next trip to the area!

We had a great stay! The private yard with a pool is amazing – perfect for sunbathing and relaxing in the afternoon. There’s also a beautiful hammam and a small gym, which were a lovely bonus. The climate inside the house is very comfortable – never too hot or too cold. Everything else in the house was convenient and well thought out. It had everything we needed and really felt like home.
