This place is a gem - peaceful surroundings, stunning view, comfortable inside/outside. Great architecture in its simplicity - not too little, not too much. We had a wonderful time - just being there was already a pleasure but we also enjoyed food at the river, rafting and hiking tours.

Staying at this place for 4 nights was like a daydream for us and our active dog. He was so delighted by such a big space where he could run and play. We were stunned by the opportunity to enjoy the view of the mountains, the bay and the starry sky, which was incredible during the Perseid meteor shower. If you want to have a rest away from the noise and crowds of tourists on the coast then this place has everything you need - small but fully-equipped house with kitchen, shower and a lot of small cozy details. Special thanks for the lights and the wireless speaker - we could listen to music all the time anywhere in the garden, which helped create the right atmosphere. The location is also excellent - just a 10-minute drive there are large stores. The wild beach is within an hour's walk. Equipped beaches with umbrellas and sun chairs are located in the charming village of Luštica, a 20-minute drive away. Marijana was very responsible and answered any of our questions very quickly.

Ein tolles Schlaferlebnis! Die Pilze liegen etwas höher zwischen der Natur und sind mit sehr viel Liebe gebaut. Der Ehemann hat uns herzlich begrüßt, spricht allerdings kein Englisch, was grundsätzlich aber kein Problem dargestellt hat.

Vaso was a very friendly and communicative host. Unfortunately he wasn’t able to meet us on arrival as we booked at late notice, but he arranged another lady to show us to our room with no problems. The space was clean and equipped with a small kitchen and everything we needed. The views were beautiful and we had access to a well-maintained, secluded swimming pool. The town of Sveti Stefan was only a short drive away and we had free guest parking on site.

Dusan a été un super hôte ! Nous avons eu la Chance que son ami soit là pour nous fair la traduction en français mais il comprend très bien l'anglais. Il a été super sympa, le meilleur hôte que l'on ai eu sur tous les airbnb que l'on a déjà fait. Il a été présent avec nous du début à la fin. Si vous aimez la nature c'est idéal, il nous a fait goûter des plats typiques, la boisson typique. Il nous a initié à la survie, feu de camp, comment purifier l'eau, marche à la rivière, lance pierre... Nous avons mangé autour du feu... Si nous n'avions pas planifié notre road trip à l'avance nous serions bien restés quelques jour de plus ! Dusan, son grand père et son ami on été au top du début à la fin Merci pour tout ! Les 4 French ;)

This was an incredible stay!! Danica was so helpful and responsive and ensured we had an incredible time. The area is beautiful and highly highly recommend a visit!

Probably one of the best sojenicas (river houses) out there! You have a lot of privacy in the garden which a lot of them lack, and the walk to the river is magical. And so close to the beach! We really enjoyed it. :)

We LOVED our stay in the treehouse, such a great, unique place to relax for a few days and get to see more of Lovcen National Park (Andjela has mountain bikes available). It's so nice sitting out in the evenings listening to the sounds of the forest, and waking up to the sun coming through the beech trees. Andjela and her husband are the kindest hosts you can ever meet. As we didn't have a car they arranged for us to be collected from Cetinje, and also dropped us back into town and stored our luggage for us on our departure day, soooo helpful. Communication with Andjela was excellent, everything was easy. Overall a great Airbnb experience! Highly recommended.

Mega polecam! Spędziliśmy tam jedną noc, ostatnią w naszej podróży po Czarnogórze, ale był to strzał w dziesiątkę! Mega spokojna okolica, na odludziu, ale tego nam było trzeba! Domek ma wszystkie wspomnniane udogodnienia i przepiękny widok! A kąpiel w balii po całym dniu? Niesamowite uczucie. Miłym zaskoczeniem było jedzenie/śniadanie pozostawione dla nas na następny dzień. Bardzo polecam!! Świetne miejsce i gospodarze!

Очень уютное и приятное жилье! Всё было чисто, аккуратно и комфортно. Особенно понравился потрясающий вид на горы. Кухня небольшая, но полностью укомплектована — готовить было удобно, есть вся необходимая посуда и техника. Спать было комфортно, кровать удобная, постельное бельё чистое. Отдельный плюс — возможность припарковать машину рядом. Отличное место для спокойного отдыха, всё соответствует описанию. Спасибо хозяевам!

We stayed in this cozy house in Strp from May 16 to 19, 2025 - and we loved everything! The house is clean, neat and very comfortable, it had everything we needed as if it were an expensive hotel. Strp itself is an amazing and peaceful place, a real quiet corner on the bay. Special thanks so much to Bozidar for his hospitality and care! Ein sehr schönes Tiny House. Klein, aber mit allem, was man braucht. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf die gegenüberliegenden Berge ist wirklich schön! Die Gastgeber sind super nett und wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Das Abendessen ist ebenfalls nur zu empfehlen, fairer Preis und lecker! Wir würden immer wieder kommen. 5 Sterne :)

This is an amazing peaceful place - perfect for me touring by motorbike- the whole area is beautiful nature and stunning mountains- also the Tara canyon - deepest in Europe is right there. If you like peace and nature this is perfect .

Wir waren zu zweit für 10 Tage in dem Cottage. Es ist sehr gemütlich, perfekt für ein Paar. Milos hat sich sehr gut gekümmert. Es ist ideal, wenn man es ruhig und abgelegen haben will. Wir waren jeden Tag wandern, für 10 Tage gibt es genug Routen in der Umgebung, wenn man auch mit dem Auto etwas herausfahren will. Man fährt ca. eine Stunde bis zur Hauptstadt und zum Supermarkt - also genug Essensvorrat mitnehmen. Es gibt gutes WLAN und Mobilfunk hatten wir gutes 4G. Durch Bauarbeiten an den Stromleitungen waren in dem Dorf fast täglich längere Stromausfälle, aber dafür kann der Gastgeber nichts. Man kann sich aber einrichten, und notfalls mit dem Kamin kochen (der hat auch eine Backröhre). Es war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Randwanderweg TT4 ist von Podgorica bis zum Dorf Korita als Straße ausgebaut, ab dem Dorf geht der Radwanderweg als Schotterweg weiter (nicht für Autos geeignet, aber für Fahrräder und zum wandern). Gerne wieder!

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in Sofias Garden und es wird nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein! Bije ist eine tolle und herzliche Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns wieder sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Wenn man einen Tipp braucht oder etwas fehlt, ist sie sofort mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle. Das Haus ist eigentlich für vier Personen zu klein, da wir allerdings ohnehin immer im wundervollen Garten sitzen, wenn wir da sind, ist es völlig ausreichend. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet, Bett und Schlafsofa ziemlich gemütlich. Die Sitzplätze im Garten sind prima verteilt, sodass man sich bei erhöhtem Ruhebedarf auch mal separieren kann. Manchmal war uns der Verkehr auf der Straße etwas viel, aber irgendwie müssen die Leute ja an den Strand kommen .. :-) Extrem gute Vibes bei Bije!!

We were welcomed warmly by the family members of Ivan, since he was away. The house was very cozy and the location was perfect. Very close to beautiful Piva lake. Although we don't speak any Montenegrian, the family felt like home. Our girls (3 and 6 years old) loved exploring the garden with the swings and the chickens.

Staying here felt like stepping into a real life fairy tale, nestled in the heart of a national park. The view from the cabin was simply breathtaking. Whether you're sipping coffee on the porch or stargazing at night. Truly a hidden gem and one of the most magical places I’ve ever stayed. Highly recommended for nature lovers and anyone seeking a peaceful retreat.

Ada bojana is a beautiful one of a kind place. The river that meets the see is a remarkable location - and that the main thing. There’s some good restaurants, but if you want to prepare food you should get organized in advance- because there are no markets at the location or ATM. As for Milena- she was an amazing host. My partner had a birthday, and she helped me organize everything in advance. We had a great time dining and sailing, and relaxing at the place right on the river. Milenas place is cozy and clean, and I definitely recommend a stay there.

This place is great. The owner and his daughter are great people willing to help and make your life easier . The camping fire is a great idea. The house was great and ideal for our family with one kid. The view on the mountain the terrace is absolutely amazing. The black lake at 6km by car is really beautiful.

Perfetto per visitare il Durmitor. A 5km dal Black Lake. Comodo per il Canyon sul Tara. L’host è disponibile per organizzare visite guidate. Casa pulitissima e profumata. Piccola cucina con l’indispensabile per poter cucinare qualcosa. Parcheggio nella proprietà. Consigliatissimo

Vielen Dank, das ich eine Nacht bei Dir und Deiner Familie verbringen durfte. Die Lage ist super, ein gutes Lokal in der Nähe und es gibt einen Zugang zum Tara-Fluss. Sollte ich mal wieder in der Nähe sein, komme ich bestimmt wieder:)

Marko & his wife are amazing hosts! They are very friendly and always ready to help and give some advice! Marko responds quickly. They even helped us to order some pizzas. The villa was amazing and as described. We had a great time and would like to come again! 😊
