Sarah's place was great, and we truly enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and cozy, making it a very comfortable base for our trip. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of snacks in the kitchen – it was a lovely welcome! Parking was a breeze; we found easy street parking, and Sarah even provided a parking pass, which was essential for summer street parking. The location was perfect for us as we were able to walk to the beach, various restaurants, and downtown. We highly recommend Sarah's place and would definitely love to come back on our next visit!

Great little place which was pristine on arrival. Philip was very responsive both before and during the stay. The lodge was very private and great on site parking. Lovely little garden area which was totally private. Slight distance from Main Street in Carmel but once we worked it out was a 20-25 walk downhill. We did get an über back when it was dark but could have walked it up the hill. A great place to stay and was cheaper than Carmel hotels x

We had a lovely visit in Santa Cruz. We were in town for an event at UCSC and this place worked great for our needs. Erin was lovely and the Airbnb was cute and as described.

Absolutely wonderful spot in an incredible neighborhood. Safe and quiet, it felt like stepping back in time when leaving the busy city for this hideaway on the edge of the hills. Highly recommended and we will be definitely have it on our short list for return trips!

A great bolt hole, close to Downtown Santa Cuz. It felt like a little oasis of calm, yet close to the restaurants and beaches of the area. So lucky to have stayed in such a wonderful spot and would highly recommend for couples coming to this part of California.

This is the most picturesque streets in all of Santa Cruz. It’s a gorgeous location, and decent views from inside the unit. It’s located back off the street so there is a good sense of privacy and off of the busy street. For being downtown it is remarkably quiet even in the summer. It’s a really good size for the price, your very own Victorian Style apartment. If you love historic homes, you are in the right spot. Jorian was also very sweet during the whole process. It was very nice to meet her as we were passing each other. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a step up from a more straightforward Airbnb rental.

We loved our stay here! The rooms, bed sheets, kitchen, and bathroom were spotless. The decor was charming and thoughtfully done. Our kids especially loved the snack bag the host prepared for us. We’d definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

This was one of the most beautiful airbnbs we’ve stayed in! The house is gorgeous and the property is so cool - our kids loved all of the animals. Laurel is so communicative and helpful. We truly had the best time!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time on the deck above the creek. Surrounded by beauty and the sounds of the creek created a sweet spot! The lighting was an excellent touch. The accommodations had everything that you need and the bed was extremely comfortable! We would stay again!!!

We had a wonderful time staying at Makayla and Buffalo's house. The guest house was convenient, cozy, and pristine. The pool was a tremendous asset for our son because we stayed with our 7-year-old for his birthday, and he had a great time splashing around. An unexpected treat was when Bofelo graciously let us feed carrots to his horses. The grounds are away from the downtown area in a more peaceful rural area, but Gilroy and Morgan Hill are very close by. This was great for a small family visiting Gilroy Gardens.

The carriage house was so delightful. We loved the coziness, quietness and overall special place. We loved being able to have our dog join us. We walked everywhere and would come back to rest and read. It was a lovely place and Khristina gave us so many great ideas for coffee, lunch and dinner. We had a wonderful time. You cannot beat the location!

The place was cute, clean, updated, and quiet. The TV and AC worked well. The host was friendly, and the instructions were clear. It was a great stay, we would definitely love to come back again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Dipti's place! She and her husband are both very friendly and were helpful with a request we had when checking in. The unit was very clean, comfortable, spacious for 2 people and enjoyable to be in. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Would definitely stay here again if available.

Our stay here was great! Kitchen had everything we needed and all the appliances worked perfectly. Bathroom shower has ample hot water. The bed was unique in that it was a bit of a loft in a cozy nook. Very comfy and lots of space in the room. There was a small deck with a table and chairs. Perfect place for coffee overlooking a pretty wooded area. There were many walking traiks, state parks and beaches within a 10 mile radius. Grocery stores and restaurants were also nearby. Would definitely stay here again when we're in the area.

My wife and I came here for our honeymoon and had a fantastic time! The guesthouse was very close to both Monterey and Carmel, but far enough removed to be quiet and peaceful. It has a beautiful view from the balcony looking downhill and into the sea, and our host did an excellent job making us feel welcome.

Another resident in the home practiced guitar very softly somewhere in the house and the music added to the loveliness of the place. We hope to return.

Our stay was great. Just the two of us. Great location. Easy to walk to coffee and breakfast places in the morning and dinner at night too if you’d like. Very clean.
