An amazing home in a beautiful neighborhood. The listing is just like the photos. Tall ceilings, beautiful tile and spacious! It’s a private location separated from the rest of the property. I would highly recommend!

I wish it were possible to put more than 5 stars because this place exceeded my expectations on so many levels! I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs before, but never been with a host that has gone as above and beyond for their guests as Kim and Van have. They anticipated my needs time and time again, but didn’t have to say a thing as they had everything labeled with helpful notes. I can’t wait to take a trip here again so I can stay at this Airbnb. The environment is so warm and welcoming, that I didn’t feel as though I was an intruding on someone’s home but rather in my home. 100000/10 would stay again and encourage you to stay as well!!

I will DEFINITELY book again when I visit or would recommend! He was very responsive and accommodating. I loved the unit it was clean and comfortable.

It can be loud at night because the walls are thin and the neighbors are often super loud. Other than pretty good for a short term stay especially if you don't anticipate spending too much time indoors. Pretty central

The place was great! Despite the protests downtown, the location was great! We were out of the way from most of the crowds and traffic that came with the protest and were still within walking distance to some great places! (Crypto, Peacock Theatre, Grand Central Market, etc.). Dan was very responsive and even helped with a great 420 suggestion! Like the listing states, you must be ok with what comes with being downtown to really enjoy the beauty of it all. We will be back!

We had a great stay! It was a beautiful home in a great area! We stayed a couple of days with our little doggo and it was perfect! Gaby was a great host too, really communicative and we’d absolutely stay again!

Tracy's place was exactly as pictured and described with plenty of amenities! We especially enjoyed the water dispenser. Things to note: - The stairs up to the unit are street facing. The neighborhood is quite lively with many family gatherings which is mentioned in the listing. Despite that we weren't bothered at all by the noise during our stay. - The flooring seems to be paper thin. Since this is the upstairs unit, we had noise complaints from downstairs and they even pounded aggressively on the ceiling at us. We were shocked by this since we are extremely quiet, considerate guests, so they seemed to be disturbed by just regular activity in the unit. This isn't the host's fault, and I wouldn't expect an AirBnb to be 100% quiet, but if you don't want to potentially burden others this is something to consider. Overall, this place has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host is very kind and accommodating!

The unit was spacious and the parking spots were located right next to the elevator which was a nice bonus. The location provides super easy highway access and plenty of (asian) restaurants and shopping. Gym and movie theater are part of the shopping center center as well. Some stains on the hallway carpet but that was more of just a minor annoyance. Furniture is a bit dated but seemed to be in line or better than nearby listings. A desk to work at would have been a nice addition (alternatively , you can work at the dining table / bar counter). Kitchen amenities (cookware / cutlery) were lacking so keep that in mind if you plan to cook meals. All in all though, the amount of space great (bigger than we thought) and location is super convenient. Will be looking to rent again for future stays.

The house was pristine clean, comfortable and luxurious. HUGE washer and dryer, fridge, shower was impeccable, and the bathtub was very large and deep. I would definitely stay here again.

I highly recommend this beautiful Airbnb! It looked exactly like the photos—absolutely stunning. The balcony was spacious, and the location couldn't have been more convenient. The entire experience was fantastic. The host was kind, responsive, and provided great dining recommendations. Having personal indoor parking was also a huge plus! Thanks so much for hosting us! If you’re visiting the LA area this is the perfect location. Everything is 10-20 minutes within distance. Santa Monica was 35 minutes! My stay was great. It was very clean and I loved the decor. They are also 420 friendly. The only downfall in my opinion is the bed. It was not comfortable for me at all. We had issues with the key fob for the parking gate to open/close but the host responded quickly and brought another and made it right. The area is clean and peaceful. I recommend this stay! You’ll enjoy 😊

We had a great day at Jaylin’s apartment. The location couldn’t have been better as we had an event at the convention center, which is directly across the street. The apartment was no frills but comfortable. The pool and hot tub area were clean and a nice way to wind down. Jaylin was super proactive and responsive and the instructions for check in and parking were very clear. Would recommend if you have an event in this area!

Stay was great. Felt right at home. Make sure you follow the check in details correctly. Felt a little uneasy at first but became comfortable once you settle in. Great location. Walking distance to LA live. Will return!

Holly was a very great host… she was helpful and very informative. She responded very quickly and helped with all questions even if they weren’t about the stay itself. She informed us on important Information and was just all around great. The building was very safe! Closed off to the public and I felt very secure leaving and entering. A little noisy but it’s downtown… we expected it. I still enjoyed my time there and I’m happy I chose her to be my host… I would definitely visit again!
