It is a brand-new property, well-designed, and comfortable to stay. The beautiful beach is just across the road. The Wi-Fi is fast, and the car park is very convenient right downstairs. The lift is helpful if you have luggage.

Die Kommunikation war super unkompliziert und hervorragend. Falls wir wieder in die Gegend fahren, kommen wir unbedingt wieder zu Renate. Vielen Dank für alles.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung in Pescara! Die Unterkunft war perfekt für drei Personen – sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die tolle Lage: Alles Wichtige war fußläufig erreichbar – Strand, Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war freundlich und unkompliziert. Maria Mara ist so herzlich. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Fantastic place! We were 5 people and had plenty of space in the rooms and common spaces. Beautiful apartment with AC and all comforts. The host was very welcoming and available at any time!

Abbiamo soggiornato soltanto due notti e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Susanne è super disponibile e risponde ai messaggi velocemente. La casa è molto bella, pulita e fornita di tutto il necessario. Inoltre ci ha fatto trovare delle cose offerte in cucina. L’unica pecca è che non prende la rete, però c’è il wifi a disposizione in casa, il quale ha funzionato sempre tranne una sera.

Ho scelto questo appartamentino per far soggiornare i miei genitori e con le mie zie e si sono trovati davvero bene! Gli spazi sono ben organizzati e arredati con gusto, creando un’atmosfera accogliente e rilassante. La posizione è comoda. Pulizia impeccabile e dotato di tutto il necessario. Francesca è stata molto disponibile! Grazie Consigliatissimo!

È stato un piacere stare alla casa di Vincenzo e Tracy! Le due sono molto gentili e la casa e incredibile! La cucina e grandissima e le stanze sono aperte e grandissime. Anche in inverno c'è un forno pellet e è molto bello prendere un caffè nel sole alla terrazza o fare un barbecue abbruzzese. Ci vuole una macchina per fare escursioni e spese (per esempio la città di Atri e gli calanchi sono molto belli!). Grazie di tutto!

Een heerlijk huis, met een werkelijk fantastisch uitzicht! De ontvangst door Beci was bijzonder gastvrij. Keuken was voorzien van alle benodigdheden en de douche had een goede straal . We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad.

Parfait! Petit appartement au rdv d’une maison calme . Bien situé, propre et bien équipé. Alessandro est réactif et très gentil. Je recommande ce logement.

Ottima struttura, pulitissima, accogliente, in una zona tranquilla e vicina al centro di Chieti. Il proprietario è una persona squisita e disponibilissima. Consiglio vivamente la struttura!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Besonders hat uns gefreut, dass wir schon eher einchecken konnten und so den ersten Tag direkt genießen konnten. Es gab eine Kleinigkeit zum Frühstück sowie Kaffee auf dem Küchentisch. Die Wohnung war sehr liebevoll hergerichtet. Es war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist gut in einem schönen Wohnviertel man ist innerhalb von 10 Minuten am Strand und in der Stadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Matteo war für uns jederzeit erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😊

We are still in awe! The place! The atmosphere there! The hosts! We would like to especially thank Gino & Teresa for being sooo welcoming and helpful and helping us have the real authentic Abruzzo experience! They gave us everything we needed for the baby. The place was totally private and only for us, could enjoy being by the pool and enjoy the view to the max. The house is also absolutely beautiful! So simplistic yet well equipped and spotlessly clean! Only felt that a console table of some sort was a bit missing from the entry (to put our keys and small bags and stuff), and also a small table by the pool would have been really handy 😄 Otherwise, really, everything was spot on perfect! It’s like a dream being there! And the outside kitchen area with real stone sink and barbecue area… fantastic! And ohh the donkeys! Our baby loved watching them ☺️ Definitely recommend the place & the hosts! Loved it!

Già dai primi contatti Marco si è dimostrato disponibile,gentile,cordiale e affabile...ci ha addirittura omaggiato un servizio extra! L'alloggio è molto carino e rifinito, super pulito e confortevole,con tutto ciò che ci poteva servire ed oltre! Se ritorneremo in zona senza dubbio soggiorneremo nuovamente presso Roberta's Legacy 😊

Perfect stay! Marco's place is roomy, comfortable, and well-appointed. This was our first visit to Tocco da Casauria; the town is beautiful, peaceful, and full of charm- it feels straight out of a storybook. It was very easy to navigate around and the locals are extremely friendly; we tried out some of the suggested restaurants and shopping and loved all of it. The private balcony was definitely our favorite thing about the flat- we could have easily spent another week or two taking in that view. Thank you so much, Marco, for a wonderful trip and stay- we can't wait to return!

Roberto e Sandra sono stati impeccabili in tutto! Io e mio nipote ci siam sentiti come a casa, persone solari empatiche e super disponibili , che dire, davvero straordinari! Lo consiglio vivamente, posto molto bello, casa pulitissima e provvista di tutti i confort! Ci hanno consigliato posti da visitare, locali e ristoranti molto buoni della zona! Siamo stati da Pierino per una settimana. L'appartamento è piccolino ma dispone di tutti i comfort. Il signor Rino, che ci ha accolto, è una persona eccezionale. Hanno viaggiato con noi anche i nostri due cani, che sono stati gentilmente accolti dai proprietari. Molto comodo l'ampio parcheggio privato a pochi passi dall'abitazione. Torneremo sicuramente!

Abbiamo trascorso 2 notti nell’appartamento e sono stati molto piacevoli e rilassanti. Casa molto accogliente e curata, con tutti i servizi indicati. A piedi la spiaggia e tanti bar e ristoranti. Daniele è stato molto disponibile e accogliente

Marco si è dimostrato fin da subito disponibile a ogni nostra richiesta, la sua ospitalità ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. L’appartamento, in un’ottima posizione, ci ha permesso di muoverci totalmente a piedi. Abbiamo soggiornato in 5 persone e questo non è stato per niente un problema, l’appartamento è molto comodo e confortevole, davvero pulito e arredato con gusto. Sicuramente ritorneremo!!!!
