A 2-minute walk to a private clinic, supermarket, cafeteria and restaurants. A 3-minute drive to the Golf Course. It has 3 bedrooms, a large living room with a fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms. The living room and two of the bedrooms have access to the porch overlooking the pool and landscape. The whole house has air conditioning and heating.

It is situated in Javea Old Town and you can walk to the old church and indoor food market in 5 mins and to Javea Port (and beach) in 15 mins. Tennis and Golf facilities and a choice of many more excellent beaches are a short drive away. Spanish lessons are available.

Have fun This beautiful south facing Spanish villa has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A spacious room and kitchen. Since it is a Spanish house, it is nice and fresh in summer. Two bedrooms facing north. The tower room is located in the south but is equipped with air conditioning. Master bedroom en suite, also has AC. But of course the garden is much more important, a garden with different places to relax. The pool is 5 by 10 meters.
