There are excellent restaurants and tapas bars within a short walk. Public transport is a short walk away. Tennis and Golf facilities and a choice of many more excellent beaches are a short drive away. Spanish lessons are available.

Located on the slope of the Montgó Natural Park in a privileged environment, surrounded by pine trees and very quiet, between Denia and Javea in the "Los Lagos" Urbanization that has a community pool, gardens and a small lake to which it gives its name, very close to the traditional village of Jesús Pobre. There are numerous routes for trekking and cycling that will take you to the wonderful coves and beaches of Marina Alta.

The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks.
