Rilassati in questo grazioso appartamento situato in una zona residenziale e tranquilla di Minusio. L’alloggio si trova a circa 150 metri di distanza dal lago. Con una breve passeggiata lungo la famosa stradina rossa di “Via alla Riva” potete raggiungere Muralto, Locarno, Tenero. A pochi passi vi è la presenza di supermercati come Coop e Migros. Zona blu (parcheggi pubblici) per quanto concerne i parcheggi, presente in zona ed a pagamento. Stazione del treno di Minusio a 300 metri dall’alloggio.

Die helle Einliegerwohnung ist Teil unseres Einfamilienhauses, das einmal ein typisches Tessiner Grotto war. Sie hat einen separaten Eingang und eine grosse Terrasse. Die Wohnung ist umgeben von viel Grün und befindet sich in einer sonnigen Wohngegend mit schönem Blick auf die umliegenden Berge. Im Winter hat man sogar Sicht auf den Lago Maggiore. Brione sopra Minusio liegt ca. 250m über dem See zwischen Tenero und Locarno. Der private Parkplatz und die Bushaltestelle befinden sich vor dem Haus

Si affaccia su uno splendido panorama caratterizzato dalle storiche ville lariane, tra cui il Grand Hotel Villa D'Este. Offre un magnifico terrazzino prendisole, ideale per romantici aperitivi al tramonto. Zwei 300-jährige Steinhäuser mit originalen Granitdächern — euer eigener kleiner Weiler, ein Steinwurf von Lavertezzo und der smaragdgrünen Verzasca entfernt. Hier ist sonst niemand. Direkt hinter den Häusern der Kastanienwald, gegenüber ein Wasserfall. Nachts hört man ausser Fluss und Grillen nichts. Beide Häuser zusammen; 300 m², insgesamt 5 Zimmer (davon 3 Schlafzimmer), 12 Schlafplätze, 2 Küchen, 2 Bäder, 2 Cheminées, 2 Terrassen und schattiger Garten — alles verbunden, alles für Euch.

Casa Müsu, grazioso rustico in Val Verzasca

Casa Müsu è un grazioso piccolo rustico completamente rinnovato. Si trova ai piedi del pizzo Vogorno, a metà strada tra Locarno e le pozze della Verzasca a Lavertezzo e Brione. La prima camera è al secondo piano del corpo principale: ha un letto matrimoniale. La seconda è a dieci metri da Casa Müsu: vi si accede con una scala esterna coperta e ha un letto matrimoniale (come in foto) o due letti singoli. Si può aggiungere un terzo lettino. Casa Müsu ha un posto auto privato.
