Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Montignoso

Mrs Gabriella was really so kind. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, but she helped us check-in early even though she was on duty. The accommodation is so clean and well-organized. In addition, she provided fruits, bread, snacks, wine, and harmonies etc. If I have a chance, I would like to stay at the accommodation again. See you again!!

Our stay with Miriam was absolutely wonderful! Right from the start, the personal welcome made a big difference – Miriam was always available and greeted us in person, which was such a nice and rare touch these days. The apartment is beautifully and lovingly decorated, with so much attention to detail. We were especially impressed to find a thoughtful selection of basics already in the fridge – something you don’t see often! We felt completely at home – it honestly felt just like our own place. I stayed at this property and I can say that it was a really nice experience. The accommodation is located in a quiet area, well organized, very nice inside and really cozy. Absolutely perfect, peaceful and very well located in the region.

We had booked because the apartment is close to beaches. We were lazy and went by car, but it is good to walk /cycle! Beach is good! In addition, there are plenty of restaurants in the area!

We stayed here for 4 nights and loved Federica’s place. We were able to cook meals, do laundry, and re-charge for the next adventure. Very easy to explore Pistoia from here. If you bring a rental car just know that you’ll have to park in a public lot. We parked in a free lot that was a 10 minute walk away. Highly recommend!

Elena was a wonderful host who made our stay in Forte dei Marmi truly memorable. Her apartment is beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and perfectly located for exploring this charming coastal town. The space had everything we needed and felt like a home away from home. Elena was incredibly responsive and provided excellent local recommendations that enhanced our trip. The proximity to the beach and local restaurants was perfect. The location of the flat is perfect for adventuring Lucca. It’s very large for a couple and has everything you would need. We were very impressed by Sabrina’s hospitality and all of the recommendations she was honestly the best host I’ve experienced through Airbnb in my 7 years of using the service.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay with Bryan and Sara! Reaching the accommodation requires a short hike, but you’re rewarded with stunning views – and the luggage is conveniently brought up by a small tractor. From the very beginning, everything was perfect. The house, garden, and pool are absolutely beautiful – a true little paradise. Everything was clean and lovingly maintained. Bryan and Sara are incredibly warm and welcoming hosts who do everything they can to make your stay special. Since we arrived late, Sara kindly offered to prepare a lovely dinner for us, and Bryan gave us a little pizza-making class – such a great experience! Their helpfulness and kindness, combined with the magical charm of the accommodation, made our stay truly unique and unforgettable. Thanks a lot :)

I can’t find enough positive words to describe our family stay in this charming beach house! Everything worked perfectly — no issues with the internet, and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the appliances, spices, and gadgets you could want. There were also books, extra towels and sheets, bikes, laundry supplies, and even bug spray! The hosts provided all the details in advance and were very helpful with additional recommendations. We enjoyed both cooking at home and eating out, and we visited several different beaches during our stay. The house is just one street away from the beach, located in a super quiet, secluded, and cute neighborhood. We absolutely loved our four nights here with the kids!

Like the other guests, we were completely satisfied and were incredibly warmly welcomed. It's a wonderful family. The accommodation had everything you need to live well and for a nice vacation. We got great tips for activities and felt totally comfortable. Francesco is a very charming, helpful host, with whom we had nice conversations. We especially liked the care for children. Our child loved the toys provided, the large garden and the cats. Very clear recommendation.

After long days of sightseeing, the pool was a refreshing retreat. The panoramic view over the valley is truly breathtaking. Host: Lorenzo is an outstanding host — friendly, responsive, and fluent in English. He was proactive and helpful throughout our stay. The house includes a detailed guidebook he created with handpicked recommendations for local shops, markets, restaurants, farms, and sights. It made planning our days effortless. We had a lovely stay. Stefania explained and advised us perfectly on our itinerary. The apartment is ideally located, not far from La Spezia train station. It is ideal for visiting the 5 lands. There are also shops and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed the amenities in the appartment.

Kind, attentive, concerned with our well-being, beautiful and super comfortable apartment, with maps developed by him so we can get to know the city of Montecatini and Lucca, really amazing! His willingness to be helpful in transforming our trip into a unique moment was admirable, we are very grateful for the moments we spent in this apartment, which we used as a base to visit other cities in Tuscany. Ideally located accommodation to enjoy the Cinque Terre from the Spezia Centrale train station. As a bonus, a terrace for an aperitif in the evening!

The hosts are very friendly and helpful, they have welcomed us very well, the apartment is comfortable, well decorated, clean, well equipped with everything a family needs to spend great holidays by the sea. The location is perfect, close to the sea, to the trade that you can go on foot, the Viareggio boardwalk, which is very pleasant to walk at any time, car parking is abundant, the proximity of sights throughout Tuscany (Florence, Pisa, etc.) and Cinque Terre was fundamental to our holidays. I definitely recommend this host and this apartment for stay on holiday.

Great location only a few minutes from the main part of the village. Clean and quiet.

The room is close to the station and can be reached on foot.The decoration is very beautiful and tidy.and even sent a gift.However, you need to clean up and throw the trash downstairs before leaving, so you need to reserve more time

we had a great short 2 day break in Elenas place. the accommodation is more beautiful in real life and perfectly located for walking distance to everything, Including the train. it more than comfortable for two couples. we were disappointed to only be there for 2 days. thank you for the wonderful stay whilst exploring beautiful Lucca.

Great price and location near my work that was easy to access, free parking and washer/dryer perfect for work. It was walking distance from a great restaurant and commercial area for breakfast and everything I needed. Bed was comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay.
