Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Montpon-Ménestérol

The house is located in a quiet area in the middle of greenery and birds. It is independent of Christian and Christine's house located just behind. The house is very well equipped and comfortable inside and outside (garden furniture, deckchair, petanque court, etc.). We were warmly welcomed and Christian's advice was invaluable. We took advantage of the tranquility of the place and made many visits and walks in the surroundings. In short, a very pleasant stay and beautiful encounters.

Great stay at Vilma's house. Everything is there, there's nothing missing to have a pleasant time. Vilma cares about detail and hospitality. Impeccable house, spacious outdoor environment, I highly recommend this rental.

We had a great stay at the Maison des Tilleuls. Cécile is very welcoming and we immediately felt at home. The house is nice with a large living room, which is nice because we were 3 couples. The garden is huge and very pretty. It's a haven of peace. It is fenced, which is appreciable with dogs. Several places with tables and garden furniture. Gourmet basket on arrival. We have just had the most amazing stay here! The house and grounds are stunning with amazing views. The house is very close to Bergerac but is very private in the countryside with vast grounds. We had such a peaceful and relaxing break. Jil was a wonderful host, so responsive and helpful. She sent great instructions for our arrival, lots of recommendations and also came over on the evening of our arrival to make sure we were comfortable and to explain things around the house, which was appreciated. Would love to stay again and will be recommending to friends and family!

Cozy accommodation in the heart of Périgord Noir in a peaceful environment. Beautiful area and magnificent terrace. Lydia and Julien are very friendly and despite a long holiday weekend, they insisted on coming to see if everything was okay for us. Welcome with a bottle of wine. Linen and sheets that smell wonderfully good. On the other hand, the WiFi is a little slow for teleworking. I recommend it.

Beautiful home in a beautiful part of the country. Very peaceful location yet less than 5 minutes drive from Brantome centre. Host was very helpful and responsive and had a whole list of recommendations for local restaurants, places to go, etc etc. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

One-night stay only that I can only recommend. Very close accommodation, nicely decorated and very well equipped. Very comfortable. Ideal location in a quiet and beautiful setting, only 30 minutes from Bordeaux. Late and last-minute booking but very responsive and friendly host. The fact that animals are accepted is a big plus for me, as I travel with my 2 dogs (who also enjoyed the presence of the hosts' friendly dog!). I will definitely come back when I return to Bordeaux. Thank you!

Very nice accommodation in a wonderful quiet large park. The roses are fragrant and the terrace offers plenty of space to relax. You can hear the birds in the evening as well as the frogs at the pond... it was a great three days, a perfect end to the city.

We had a great couple of weeks here. It proved an ideal location from which to explore the Périgord Vert. A very peaceful spot with a secure garden for our dog and walks nearby. The facilities in the cottage were excellent and as described and we really appreciated the bottle of wine and home made cake on arrival. The pool was very relaxing and comfortable and easily warm enough to swim in late May. There is an (excellent) boulangerie in the nearest village which is walkable and supermarkets for provisions in Brantôme. Several nearby towns had markets. Suzy and Steve (and Alfie) were lovely hosts and we fully recommend it. It was exactly what we wanted.

I rented this home to enjoy some family and friend time away from otherwise hectic French travel. This was perfect! It felt like staying in the home of a dear friend or family member. And, the host recommended a private chef who provided cooking lessons and a birthday luncheon! Unforgettable!! Unlike any other Airbnb property for its charming hosts, the beautiful character of the property and the amenities we enjoyed. Lots of nearby wineries, Bergerac had great charm and food, boat ride on the Dordogne, and more. No one wanted to leave! We hope to return!! Merci beaucoup, Karen & Charlie!!

It’s difficult to describe how special this place is! Situated on a beautiful property, the apartment is accessed through a gate into a courtyard and feels very private. (The place does share the courtyard with two other rental units, which were empty when we were there but it might have felt less private had they been occupied.) A converted barn, the apartment is cozy and unique with beautiful, thoughtful touches throughout. We enjoyed the wood burning fireplace and cooking in the well-appointed kitchen was a pleasure. Hosts are wonderful - warm and welcoming, and available and helpful without being intrusive. They even offered to bake us a savory pie on arrival and happily donated some butter to make our daughter’s birthday cake as the nearby shops were closed. We would love to come back one day and be able to swim and spend more time outdoors - as it was, our daughter loved exploring the yard and woods, filled with delightful surprises. A gem!

The place is paradise, the magnificent view, the very comfortable and tastefully decorated accommodation, Gideon's little touches are as numerous as they are appreciated... Excellent weekend spent in Elodie's accommodation! We were a small group of friends and were able to enjoy the area and the house! No complaints and Élodie is a very friendly host, attentive and responsive. I'll come back and I highly recommend it:)

Pauline's place is just wonderful. The house is beautifully decorated with great attention to detail, the bedrooms are cozy and beds comfortable, the living room is welcoming and relaxing, and the kitchen is well equipped and easy to cook in. The garden is lovely and a bit of paradise filled with lavender, rosemary, thyme, mint and other herbs as well as olive, plum and fig trees. The surrounding areas are made up small villages, rolling hills of vineyards, orchards and fields so there is a lot to see and places to explore. Thanks Pauline, you are a great host!

An amazing chance to stay in a real chateau. Really spacious apartment in one of the towers. Lots of places to explore and very quiet and peaceful. Alice and her team were very helpful and ensured that we had a wonderful few days.
