For nature and fishing lovers, access to our private pond is a 5-minute walk away. 40 min from Le Mans, 10 min from Fresnay sur Sarthe (small medieval city), 15 min from St Léonard des Bois (hiking, mountain biking, tree climbing) and Sillé le Guillaume (lake swimming, water activities and forest walk). All local shops and markets are 10 minutes away.

There was a time when this charming little house on 3 levels was the village driving school. It is being renovated today to welcome you. Small town of character, elected 2nd favorite village of the French in 2021. All amenities are within walking distance (300 meters). You can stroll through the village and its surroundings, close to the Alpes Mancelles. As a couple, with family, friends or for work, you will find all the comforts you need. Access to a heated swimming pool shared with several cottages (Period mid-April to early October)

Well-equipped forest house (heating and wifi) nestled in the state forest of Sillé-le-Guillaume (Sarthe –72) in the heart of the Mancelles Alps. Possibility to accommodate 4 guests, one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds plus an extra bed, large comfortable living room with a large fireplace, pleasant kitchen, bathroom with shower. Possibility to put horses in an adjacent field.

Old farmhouse in the Alpes Mancelles, with beautiful beams, fireplaces... + natural garden: wild plants and fruit trees. Located on the edge of the Normandy-Maine Regional Natural Park, the house is on a hiking trail 5 minutes' walk from the forest. (This path leads to the Chapelle du Chêne, a medieval tree known for its miracles) And 6 km away are Lake Coco-Plage (swimming, activities) and the spectacular Saut du Cerf canyon in the vast forest of Sillé.

The Cottage Belmontais is located in the historic center of the village of Beaumont sur Sarthe with easy access to all services and free parking nearby. The accommodation is fully equipped as well as a terrace with a view and accessible to the river and a wooded garden. We offer breakfast on request 5€/pers.
