Direct access to the Parc des Sports des Dérêches (swimming pool, tennis courts, equestrian center, health course, convention center, ice rink, adventure course etc...) For mountain biking or walking, the Super Morzine gondola lift is 200 metres from the accommodation. Ideally located in the center of the village, all shops, bars and restaurants are accessible without a vehicle. An uncovered private parking space is available.

This brand new apartment is situated a 4-minute walk from central Montriond where you'll find a wonderful grocery store, lively pub, ski shop and the bus stop to take you into Morzine or up to Ardent (access Avoriaz, Chatel etc) It has one bedroom and a spacious living area with a sofa bed in it. As you can see, there is a good sized well-stocked kitchen. There is one bedroom which can have twin beds or a king size bed in it. There is also a sofa bed in the living area.

The 28 m2 apartment is located on the ground floor of our chalet in a quiet and preserved location. It is 3 km from the center of Morzine and close to the Prodains Express. In winter, it is possible to leave the chalet on skis to reach the bus stop towards Morzine or Avoriaz via free shuttles (stop close to the chalet). You can ski back from Avoriaz. Hiking trails from the chalet are accessible. Ideal for 2–3 people.

We offer an apartment on the heights of Morzine towards Avoriaz, allowing you to enjoy exceptional views of the valley and the ski area. 5 beds are possible, the recommended capacity is 4 people. It was updated in 2021. The residence is quiet. At the foot of the residence you will find a bus stop for line C. A vehicle is recommended. The residence has a heated communal swimming pool open from 15/06 to 15/09.
