Quietly located and within walking distance of the historic old town with various shops. The building was a former factory that has been extensively renovated and is now available as stylish accommodation. Perfect for families and small groups of up to 12 people, with an unusually large amount of space of over 180 m², plus a garden on the old city wall. A clear stream, the "Kleine Elz," flows directly by the house. The sandstone staircase leading to the stream can be locked to keep small children safe.

Dear guests, We wish you a pleasant time in our newly renovated apartment. Enjoy your stay and feel at home. The apartment is located in the city center. The house can be reached in 10 minutes by foot from the train station. The nearest tram stop is around the corner. By car you can easily reach your destination via the Kronenbrücke. It is 3 minutes to the university, 10 minutes to the pedestrian zone, 3 minutes to the indoor pool with outdoor area and large playground. Parking costs €10.00 per day.

The bright, sun-drenched apartment on the Moosweiher combines relaxation & nature with lovely city culture in just 13 minutes by tram. It is located on the SW corner of a large, very well-kept residential complex and consists of a living/sleeping room with balcony, separate kitchenette and bathroom. The sleeping and living areas have an exit to the balcony overlooking the city and the cathedral over the Black Forest in the south as well as green spaces, forest and the lake in front of the house.

The 45qm-appartment (2 rooms) is centrally located in a quiet street in Freiburg-Betzenhausen. Both rooms has an access to the balcony with black-forest-view. Nearby you find a big shopping center. You can reach the central station oder downtown on foot in 15 minutes. There is also a tram stop in front of the house. We are looking foward to meet open people from all over the world. And we hope they feel welcome in our house. Of course we give you tips for sightseeing, restaurants, bars, etc....
