The apartment is located in the residential neighborhood of Moratalaz. Surrounded by shopping area. Carrefour Express supermarket in front of the house. In the same square where the house is located there are buses that lead to the city center: Lines 20, 30 and 32 that lead to the areas of Puerta del Sol, Goya and Atocha respectively. Also at the door of the building is the taxi stand. A 5 minute walk is the Vinateros metro stop. Behind the building there is a pedestrian area with bars and terraces ideal for drinks and toys for children. Additionally there is a park within a 5-minute walk.

Our 64m2 apartment is located in Moratalaz area, in the eastern outskirts of Madrid. The tourist center (Puerta del Sol) is about 30/40 min away by public transport. You have several bus lines between 200 and 350m :) We are 10 min by car from Atocha (or half an hour by bus) and 15 min from the airport.
