Superb 4-bedroom floor with built-in closets and two newly renovated bathrooms, office kitchen, lounge, and terrace ideal for large families with good downtown access. Air conditioning in all rooms and in the living room. Dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, washing machine, iron, coffee maker, toaster. Disabled facilities, lift. The apartment is located in the residential neighborhood of Moratalaz. Surrounded by shopping area. Carrefour Express supermarket in front of the house. In the same square where the house is located there are buses that lead to the city center: Lines 20, 30 and 32 that lead to the areas of Puerta del Sol, Goya and Atocha respectively. Also at the door of the building is the taxi stand. A 5 minute walk is the Vinateros metro stop. Behind the building there is a pedestrian area with bars and terraces ideal for drinks and toys for children. Additionally there is a park within a 5-minute walk.
