Although we could only stay one night, we felt at home. We were able to travel with our dog and Pablo, knowing that we were arriving late, made us the sofa bed. The area is very quiet and surrounded by greenery. I wish I could repeat soon!

To clarify some questions that I had myself before arriving to the apartment: * I have been living in this flat for 3 months and I haven’t seen a cockroach. Just in case, Jonathan took the complaints serious and set up some traps in the flat. * Yes, there is no service inside of the apartment, but the wifi works perfectly! * There is not that much natural light, but that somehow also makes the flat very cozy (as the description says) * It is located very centrally, even though it might not look like that on Maps. Since the apartment is in the ground floor, the air is a bit humid inside. Opening the windows a lot helps, and there were also some dehumidifiers set up, which made it better too. As for Jonathan as a host, he does his “job” perfectly! He was always available and answered within a couple of minutes. Whenever I had a problem, he stopped by and helped me as soon as he could. All in all, I think there is no better place to stay in Madrid, especially for that price!

The apartment is just like the photos. Communication is very fluid, the location is quiet, and we appreciate that. The neighbors are very friendly. If you're looking for something quieter and close to everything by car, this is the ideal place. Parking is a bit tricky, and it's hard to find a spot. We enjoyed the front garden.

We stayed in this apartment for 11 days and found it to be a great apartment/house. In the Tetuán neighborhood with all the amenities at hand and direct transportation to the center and points of interest in Madrid. Flora and her son are super friendly, flexible with your needs and will help you with anything you need, always with a smile and from the heart. Regarding the apartment, it is very well equipped, everything you need in the kitchen as if it were your home. A small but super functional bathroom and a pretty good shower with pressure, hot water and different water outlet modes. It has a very practical and very comfortable patio to enjoy the sun, hang clothes, eat outside ... It has a large closet and everything you need to hang clothes, iron, clean, towels and plenty of sheets... A spacious living room with different very comfortable seats. You won't be cold or hot thanks to the heating that you can manage yourself. We recommend it 100%

Maria was a great host and the apartment was very spacious for a large group. It was located conveniently to travel back and forth to the tourist sites around town. The area isn’t in the best of neighborhoods but was very peaceful. Parking for a large car can be challenging but the apartment is a corner lot which makes it easy to load and unload luggage and groceries. Would definitely stay there again.

This lovely house is very clean and gives you a comforting sense of being at home. There is plenty of space, making it ideal for a large family or group. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, and it's conveniently located close to the city center and the airport. I highly recommend it. Nacho, the host, is incredibly helpful and accommodating.

It was a pleasure to stay at Blanca‘s place. Close to public transport to get to the city centre and airport. We also highly appreciated that Blanca made it possible to adjust the Check-in and Check-out time. If I come to Madrid, this will be my place for sure !

Great house, very comfortable and with plenty of space. Nice nature walks directly from the house. Please be mindful that there are no shops nearby but you can easily access lots of services within a 5 min car ride.

Great location and house, the town mayor we went to for two days has a fair, especially interesting. The house is very newly renovated and well equipped. My friends enjoyed it.

Ideal apartment and well communicated. Francisco sent us the instructions in time to plan our arrival and provided us with useful details. We were able to access the house a little earlier, which is a nice touch because we had a family event and it made the logistics easier. He was attentive at all times, very kind and top hospitality. The house is comfortable for four people as it has a sofa bed. It's very bright, the terrace is wonderful and everything was very clean. The cotton bedding and the bed were very comfortable. The apartment has been recently renovated and everything is very well cared for. It has small details such as laundry detergent, a variety of teas, a Nespresso coffee machine, etc. We slept wonderfully, the area is very quiet. It is very well located, close to Santiago Bernabeu (5min) and 18min walk from Pza. Castilla. It has several bus and subway lines nearby. We feel at home. We will definitely repeat!!!!

We stayed two nights with my boyfriend and everything was perfect. The apartment is very comfortable, it has everything you need and Claudia and Carlos' service was very good. It is close to the airport and a shopping mall that has everything, ideal for a stop in Madrid before traveling.

We had a truly excellent stay at Victoria's home. We were a family group of 6 adults and 3 children, and we all feel extremely welcome. Victoria was an impeccable host – always very attentive, available, with clear, fast and effective communication. The house fully corresponds to what is presented in the listing: beautiful, well-equipped, spacious, in a calm and pleasant environment, ideal for both relaxing and enjoying family moments. The children had great fun and the adults were able to enjoy all the comfort and tranquility of the space. We had a wonderful stay at Almudena’s Airbnb in Majadahonda while visiting our son who lives in the area. From the beginning, Almudena’s communication was excellent—friendly, prompt, and very helpful throughout the entire process. Our flight was significantly delayed, and we didn’t arrive until the early hours of the morning, but Almudena’s son was still available to meet us and check us in, which we really appreciated after a long journey. It made a big difference and set the tone for a warm and welcoming stay. The apartment itself was lovely—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. It felt like a real home away from home. We also loved the location—peaceful and charming, with everything in Majadahonda just a short walk away: shops, restaurants, parks, and more. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, conveniently located near public transportation, and easy to access surrounding in madrid by car, because close to the highway. Communication regarding specific house facilities could be better. The sun curtains were stuck, and we had to open the window and pull them by hand, which was a bit dangerous from the 8th floor. Additionally, the air conditioning was off when we arrived, so the apartment was very hot. It would have been nice if the landlord had prepared a comfortable temperature in the studio beforehand.

Hello! Everything was very good! Great place! Super clean! I loved it! The only difficult thing is finding a place to park nearby! But it's not something the host can control! Everything else is perfect!

This is a shop converted to a flat for AirBnB. There is a hall with a translucent partition. Both parts have connected bathrooms. One part has a double bed. The other has a kitchenette, dining space and a divan which can be used either as a sofa or a single bed. The architect has done a good job. The apartment is located a few minutes walk from Metro. A small apartment with two bathrooms is a rare valuable find. The host is very responsive and flexible. Requests for anything extra are met immediately.

David’s place was great — very clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. Groceries were just a block away, with a bus stop nearby. David was very communicative and always responded promptly to any questions. Overall, a fantastic experience.

Great spacious apartment, amazing neighborhood/location, close to metro, great restaurants, groceries, bakeries. Carlos was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful with suggestions. The apartment was so nice to return to after a long day, the living room/dining room were comfortable and inviting. The kitchen had everything we needed, washer/dryer was also appreciated. Beds and couch were all very comfortable. The balcony was perfect to enjoy your morning coffee/espresso. We would definitely stay here again!

Marvellous apartment, clean, spacious! Neighbourhood is peaceful, friendly neighbours except that on Sunday evening it was noisy when kids were playing football outside and hit the door a few times. Host is responsive, and everything is provided for, except that it would be better with a dryer and a nicer smelling fridge.
