The bathroom has a shower and hairdryer. The WiFi network works perfectly and offers coverage throughout the apartment, being perfect for work. In addition, the apartment has air conditioning, iron and ironing board, blender, toaster, etc. and is offered with bed linen and towels. The entrance to this apartment is autonomous (by means of the access code that we will provide), so you can arrive at any desired time (from the allowed entrance time). Bright, south-facing home in a quiet central neighborhood, just 600 meters from Retiro Park. Fun and original, with an industrial-chic vibe, this 160 m² house has lots of natural light, a small garden, and a private parking spot. Downstairs there’s a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area (about 70 m² / 750 sq ft), with underfloor heating and AC in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we provide bed linens, towels, and all the basics you’ll need for a comfortable stay. You’ll also find a small private gym on this floor. Upstairs are the three bedrooms: • The main bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and a private bathroom. • The second bedroom also has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and shares a bathroom with the third room. • The third bedroom, which is the smallest, has a trundle bed (90 x 200 cm). It can be pulled out to create two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), placed very close together—ideal for two kids or two people who are comfortable sharing close space. There’s also the option to join them and form a 180 x 200 cm bed (King Size), suitable for a couple.

Ideal for groups of 6 people, with good connections to the city center. 250 meters is the Place of Meeting in which is located bus stops 20, 30 and 32 leading to downtown Puerta del Sol, Cibeles, Parque del Retiro, Puerta de Alcala, Goya and Atocha in just over 20 minutes . The metro stop is a 10 minute walk. Our 64m2 apartment is located in Moratalaz area, in the eastern outskirts of Madrid. The tourist center (Puerta del Sol) is about 30/40 min away by public transport. You have several bus lines between 200 and 350m :) We are 10 min by car from Atocha (or half an hour by bus) and 15 min from the airport.
