Apartment Marjetica 2 is located in the Apartment Village Prekmurska vas in the immediate vicinity of the entrance to the Terme 3000 pool complex. The settlement is spread out in the middle of green plains and consists of a group of houses that resemble a typical Prekmurje village. You can play tennis on the premises, and the surrounding area is popular for golf, cycling, and hiking, as well as excursions around Prekmurje, and of course unlimited swimming and splashing in the pools at the nearby Terme 3000. The apartment lies in the old city center of Maribor. The location is very peaceful, quiet and there is also a beautiful terrace on which you can relax in every season of the year. The apartment is newly renovated and modernly decorated. Due to its location in the pedestrian zone there is no parking space directly in front of the apartment, however there is a payable parking lot called Slomškov trg, for which you can look up the prices and free parking hours on Acess for Guests.
