Schönberg is just a few kilometers away from the recreational area on the Erbeskopf. So this is exactly the right starting point for cycling tours, hikes, walks through the forests or along the Moselle. The oldest city in Germany - Trier, as well as the city of Luxembourg or Bernkasel - Kues, are also within easy reach by car to explore. In addition to a newly designed playground for children, Schönberg also offers three vending machines with various supplies (directly at the entrance to the village).

"Hunsrück Valley View" Holiday Home with SAUNA

A two-bedroom stylish and comfortable holiday apartment for up to four, with a terrace and picture-perfect view of the valley and mountains below. A cedar barrel sauna is available (at extra cost). The entire apartment was renovated in March 2024, including a new sauna oven (it gets really, really hot now), acoustic paneling, new kitchen with Bosch appliances (oven, dishwasher), rain-water shower, a washing machine with dryer, and new beds. Houseboat Mosel Glück Pölich

Perfect location in the fairway of the Moselle overlooking the surrounding hills and vineyards. The 15-meter-long boat and amenities are of very high quality. On the 50 m² roof terrace there is a large lounge with a canopy and privacy screen. Furthermore, a spacious seating set. The houseboat was watered in 2024. Electric grill, hot air fryer, stove, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher... are available. Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are provided.

It all started with a dream. Natural chalets to the national park. This is the name of our new vacation homes in Allenbach. The natural log houses are identically furnished inside. One chalet is called Franz, the other Marie-Luise. Like our two children. The smell of the wood brings the desired relaxation. A free electric car is available for the duration of your stay. You only pay for the electricity for charging. The electric car is a Hyundai Kona.

We have excluded pets but dogs are allowed and welcome, The apartment is a few meters from the Hunsrück-Hochwald National Park and very close to Erbeskopf and Idar-Oberstein. Restaurants, a bakery, a butcher and supermarkets are quickly accessible from the apartment by car.
