The Pennepont cottage is located in the heart of the Arz Valley, in a wooded and green setting of 5 hectares. Our 18th century farmhouse has been renovated with eco-friendly materials; it consists of a living room with beautiful fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, large mezzanine (relaxation area) with sofa bed (2 pers.) and two bedrooms (5 pers.) You will enjoy the outdoor areas, which consist of two terraces. A barbecue is available, as well as games for children.

The cottage is a large, comfortable, single-story studio, it offers a south-facing living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy sofa bed with a coffee table that can be converted into a living room table, then a shower room (walk-in shower) with a separate toilet. To have lunch outside and enjoy the sun, a nice terrace sheltered by greenery and facing south overlooking the orchard. Private garden. Parking space. The washing machine is shared with the owners.

Cozy individual accommodation, 700 meters from the beaches of Quiberon Bay (Port d'Orange and Kerbourgnec), 1000 meters from the Côte Sauvage de Quiberon (Port Bara), we are located 500 meters from the center of the village and the market. A parking space is reserved for you on our property, all in a green setting. Surfing and horseback riding are possible nearby. Bike rental 200 meters away to discover the beauty of the wild coast and surroundings.

Pénestin is 25 km of coastline, tourist or wild beach, shore fishing, board sports, bike or walking on coastal paths. On the port of Tréhiguier you can taste Bouchot mussels: local specialty.
