Please note that there is no kitchen or tv. Bus stop nearby. I am an English speaker and live just beside the studio . Some noise possible due to next door construction

Our independent 40 m2 studio, on the ground floor at one end of our typical farmhouse, is located in the heart of the countryside, a few km from tourist sites (Rochefort-en-Terre, Massif des Grées, Parc de la Préhistoire, Tropical Parc, Moulin Neuf Leisure Center, La Gacilly, Île-aux-Pies, Branféré Zoo, Brocéliande, Vannes...), 35 minutes from the beaches, a few minutes from all amenities (food and craft shops, medical center, pharmacy, train station, supermarket, farmers' markets).

Cozy nest in the heart of the Brière Natural Park

Come and spend some time disconnected in a natural and relaxing setting near the marshes. Although the neighborhood is very quiet, you can sometimes hear the hum of a lawnmower or the games of neighboring children. My house is 200 m from the marshes. You are 8.5 km from the coast of Saint Nazaire, 14 km from Pornichet and 17 km from La Baule. Outbuilding in my garden accessible independently. Wi-Fi available but very low speed. Place to park in the path along my gate.

New apartment built in 2021, adjoining our main residence, it has a separate entrance and parking. Access to the apartment via an independent external staircase. Three-room apartment, with living room (two-seater sofa bed)/open and equipped kitchen, bedroom with bed (160 x 200) and bathroom. It is located in a quiet area, close to hiking trails and forest, 3 km from the beaches and not far from major cities (Auray, Vannes, Lorient...).

1 km from the Nantes to Brest canal, 1 km from the Guerlédan dam and 1 km from the village of St Aignan, well-equipped studio at the end of a farmhouse with independent entrance, very quiet place. Ideal for cyclists, trailers or hikers, in pairs or solo. Many hiking trails, mountain bike trails and water activities nearby. We are also 50 minutes from the Pink Granite Coast and 1 hour from the Golf du Morbihan.
