The kitchen is fresh and fully equipped. The bathroom is fully tiled and contains toilet, shower, and washing machine. Outside, there is a cozy and private patio with barbecue and furniture, and a lawn for e.g. kubb games.

The house is located 500 meters from the sea with a steep hill down to a swimming area with beach and rocks. It is close to Rönnäng and the ferry to Åstol and Dyrön. On Klädesholmen, there is the cozy restaurant Salt och Sill. It is 15 minutes by car to Skärhamn and, among other things, the Nordic Watercolor Museum. Plenty of hiking trails and other activities.

Walking distance to the island Klädesholmen where you will find restaurants and the nearest grocery store.
