We (Linda, Flori, child, child and dog) live in the beautiful small town of Pritzerbe. Pritzerbe is located about 75 km from Berlin and can be reached optimally by train. In 2013 we had the opportunity to buy a property right on the water. In addition to our now fully renovated single-family house, our cottage located directly on the waterfront is also located on the property, which we have now also partially renovated. Our holiday home is located 12 km south of the Lutherstadt Wittenberg. The old, approximately 90 m2 house has been lovingly renovated by us and the character has largely been preserved. On the lower floor are a living room kitchen with seating for 6 people, a bathroom with bathtub and a living room, on the upper floor two separate bedrooms and a toilet. The house is located on the same property as our house, so we are available for any questions.

Gommern is a small town in the countryside near Magdeburg (15 km). In summer, nearby lakes in the beautiful recreational area for swimming (free access).
