The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

This apartment is largely accessible (e.g. ramp stem, walk-in shower, handicap accessible toilet, underhandable sink). There are two bedrooms: one with motorized double bed and TV, the second one with two single beds. In the small bathroom there is a washer/dryer. Free high speed WiFi.

Leipzig's waterways can be explored with your own 2-person kayak for a small surcharge.
