The core of the house is a 70 sqm dining/living room with huge windows, long dining table and fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for social days in a larger circle. For the children, there are many books, toys, and a play floor.

Our cozy house is located at the gates of Leipzig in the beautiful Muldental. This is a good starting point for walking and discovering numerous cycle paths and swimming lakes. But also shopping and sightseeing tours are not too short, because Leipzig is only about 20 minutes away. The city center can be easily reached by S-Bahn, it is about 10 min. walk to the bus stop. Shopping facilities as well as restaurant are at most 10 min. by car.
