A dreamlike house in the idyll of west France! We had a wonderful time as a family in the beautiful house Colibri in Médis. We are very thankful for Hélène and Delphine being warmly welcoming to us and tremendously friendly, uncomplicated and extremely helpful. Very pleasant stay in François' beautiful villa, tastefully decorated, very well equipped, with a superb quiet terrace and heated pool. I highly recommend it, ideal for a family stay where young and old have fun at will.

Jean-Pierre is a very attentive host! Always smiling, even on the phone, and very welcoming and helpful! We enjoyed the accommodation which was as described and as pictured, but we were unable to enjoy the pool as much as we would have liked, which is very nice, well maintained and clean. It's close enough to everything, St Palais, Royan and Palmyre are just minutes from Jean-Pierre's. Thank you Jean-Pierre for your hospitality and kindness, we will recommend your accommodation! Small quiet and peaceful village, perfect for relaxing and resting. Nice house with all amenities surrounded by a beautiful garden. We were also able to enjoy a very nice indoor pool. Recommended for people who love nature.

The house was superb - spacious, smart and very well-equipped in every respect. It has a lovely pool, pool house and poolside lounging area, which our children and grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed. Its location in Saint-Palais-sur-Mer is great, with one beach (Plage du Platin) within easy walking distance and others (Grand Coté, Bureau and Nauzan) just a little further away. There is a good boulangerie (which serves pizzas in the evening) and a seafood supplier just 5 minutes walk away. We would be very happy to stay with Catherine again and thoroughly recommend the house.

Fab place. We loved the use of the kayaks, and the pool was great. Very comfy beds. Kitchen was very well equipped. Only a 6 mins drive to a hypermarket and very quiet roads . Tony was very helpful and friendly. We would come again. Thoroughly recommend.

Clean, tidy "cabin spirit" accommodation. Bright, spacious, exotic accommodation. Many activities around to do such as visit the citadel and the city of Château d'Oleron, the beach and many paths in the woods.

Very well arranged space with the necessary accessories to be like at home. Quiet & peaceful place. Sébastien is very responsive and gives good advice for activities. The only small negative point (which would not be for everyone); at sunrise, a lot of light from the front door, maybe a small thing to improve otherwise it's great. I recommend it and if we come back to the area, we will not fail to come back ☺️

Ideal accommodation for a stay by the sea. Good location. Pleasant, comfortable house and the most of the outdoor and enclosed garden the children really enjoyed. We'll be happy to go back! And thank you again to Lydie for the local products.

We were delighted by our stay at Héloïse, a small haven of peace in the middle of a relaxing countryside. The accommodation is lovely, tastefully furnished, very practical. Heloise is super nice and Pio adorable. We recommend this place.

Listing is as described. The location is ideal, close to the beach (be careful, lots of rocks so swimming at high tide) and access to the city center by the coastal path or the bike path. Host flexible with check in time. I recommend it.

Jenifer's accommodation has been renovated with great taste. The amenities are also as qualitative and numerous as a main house: hair dryer, washing machine, oven, kettle, in short, everything is there. you can access the beach in 2 minutes by bike, 5 minutes on foot, happiness.

The accommodation is spacious and suitable for children. The location is perfect because it's close to very beautiful beaches. Lydie is responsive and attentive. We'll be happy to go back!

Excellent stay, large living space, private garden without a view, kitchen with all the necessities. Only a toilet downstairs, we found it annoying. And we are also not a fan of fragrance sticks everywhere in the house. Enclosed property with parking, at the edge of the residential area. All in all very satisfied.

We had a great weekend with the family at Valerie's house. The accommodation is very close to the center but quiet. The house is very nice, new with a nice garden. We were able to do everything on foot (beach, restaurants, walks, shopping). Communication was very easy because the owners live right next door. Short perfect stay!

We had a good vacation in this large, recent, clean, pleasant and well-appointed house. The bedding is very well made and comfortable. Shops are a 10-minute walk away (bakery, fresh produce, Intermarché, etc.). Our 2 cars were parked in a private and secure location adjacent to the accommodation. We did not take advantage of the jacuzzi, which was operational and in good condition, due to lack of time. We recommend this house for a large family wanting to visit the Royanna region (so much to discover!).
